We were a small group and we absolutely loved the house! Everything was charming, very clean, with direct access to the beach. The hosts are absolutely lovely and had prepared everything so that we could have an excellent stay. I 100% recommend it — go without hesitation!

The rooms are exactly as they are presented. Two very comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was clean, with a shower/bad and a toilet in a separate room and the sink at the entrance of the room. The indoor pool looked amazing and we were a bit bumped we didn't bring our bathing suits for a little swim. We were there out of season so it was really calm. For dinner, we definitely recommend checking out the diner across the street

the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again

Everything was great. Quiet location, but very central (and an ice cream place just next to it). Pretty and tidy room, very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Also, the free breakfast is great, since it offers fresh fruit, unsweetened yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels as well as hot and iced coffee or self-made banana bread or cake by the owner. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and could only recommend it to everyone visiting Cape Cod.

We loved our stay in the freebird so much . We even booked an extra night . It's recently renovated and it shows , the rooms are so lovely , the retro style and 70s theme throughout is so cool and fun . The pool really made it for us and the bed was so comfortable! Staff are so helpful and great to deal with . We can't wait to return next year !

We had a great week photographing birds, beaches,...

We had a great week photographing birds, beaches, lighthouses, and landscapes. We visited Provincetown to Falmouth and towns in between. We even ventured out to Rhode Is. and Connecticut from our centrally located rental home. Although we were there in the slow season, we were able to find some wonderful restaurants serving delicious food! We were fortunate enough to see many Ospreys that had recently returned to the area to breed. We were amazed at how pristine everyone’s property was and how well maintained their homes were!

Barnstable is on the bay side of the Cape and is almost...

Barnstable is on the bay side of the Cape and is almost midway down the Cape so perfect for day trips to the rest of the Cape or Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. There is also a whale watch trip right at Millway harbor nearby. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby.

A great Cape Cod location, quietly tucked away amongst mature oak and pine trees. The house has practically everything you could need while on vacation, making it ideal for families. Its rooms are clean, cozy, spacious and well-lit. The house is just over an hour's drive to Boston. Communication with the hosts was excellent.
