Charming - great stone walls goo living/sitting/family room layout, the wood burning stove looks like it will keep you warn in the Winter (we stayed in July). didn't watch TV but it was large and viewable from everywhere in the room. The Delaware River is short walk away and the current can be strong for kids. Open concept a get escape for a couple to just chill - or use as a base for day trips. Nice BBQ with covered eating area in the shade.

We liked the space. The bedrooms were a good size. There were 2 baths and a decent sized common area. We were a group of 4. The house was good for that size. There was a nice pool, beach and petting zoo and even a riding stable (though reservations are hard to get if you're not a home owner.) The water activities at the beach are only available on weekends.

This stay was an absolute dream. The treehouses are absolutely stunning on the most beautiful property. The treehouses are tucked away in the trees and you can take a walk on a trail through the property. The treehouses themselves are so beautifully crafted and cozy. We stayed while there was a snow and ice storm over the weekend. Jeremy made sure that we were ok, iced the walkways, clean off our car, and even helped pull our car out of the ice to get home. Him and his family were so incredibly kind to us, which made the experience all the more special. Honestly, this is the best place I’ve ever stayed and I just felt so lucky to be there. It’s such a magical experience and we can’t wait to go back!

This is an unusual motel in that the rooms are set apart and somewhat elevated with small cute porches. More like little cabins, my room was spotless, the bed was firm and very comfortable. The area was quiet and pleasant. I would stay here again.
