The vintage look of the place was well maintained. Tessa and the staff kept the lobbies, dining areas as well and rooms clean the whole time. We had a wonderful stay, the house is absolutely gorgeous. We were lucky enough to meet one of the owners and get a tour of the tunnels and a bit of the history on our first night in. It was fascinating and I highly recommend chatting with them if you get a chance. We stayed in the last room in the back but it is connected to the rest of the house through hallways and is easy to navigate. My friend and I went skiing while my boyfriend stayed in the house and explored the town. He had the house mostly to himself both days on a holiday weekend and he enjoyed being in the space reading and working. The house is not staffed all the time but it is set up to have everything you need and you can always call someone. The rooms were warm and cozy. They offer pasties and coffee for breakfast which was lovely. Short 20 min drive to Okemo. Copper fox in town is delicious for dinner. All in all a wonderful gem that we were lucky to find.

Our stay at 13 hills bed and Breakfast was nothing short of splendid! Byll was a most gracious host, very warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide us with delicious breakfast alternatives and was very accommodating overall. The place itself is a gem nestled in nature overlooking the hills and valleys. The view alone is worth a stay. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and modern.
