A unique motel with a most welcoming host. Cosy room delightfully furnished opening onto a small courtyard. The room was spotlessly clean, cool at night and had a comfortable bed with nice linens. I liked having a proper kettle to make tea in the morning.

Excellent location, accommodation and hosts - they were very welcoming and friendly, absolutely recommend every part. The old miners cottages were excellently redone in a modern way, yet retained the old school charm and comfort.

We loved how unique this hotel was and that every room had a different theme. We stayed in the Captain's Suite which was decorated with all different kinds of nautical items. There was a mermaid bust on the wall, port holes lining the hall and even oars as banisters leading up to a very large bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located and our room led right out onto the main road. When they say breakfast is included, they mean it. It is not your standard continental breakfast. It is made fresh and included items such as an egg sandwich, breakfast burrito and pancakes. It will probably be the only place we stay at in Bisbee.

Bisbee is suffering. A lot of empty retail space.

Bisbee is suffering. A lot of empty retail space. The few shops that are left have a good variety of old, new and one of a kind. A couple of good galleries are located on main steet. Assortment of good restaurants and a couple of coffee shops. For entertainment there are a few bars and restaurants with live entainment and a gentleman who performs magic shows.

The city is quirky and fun; I recommend walking away from...

The city is quirky and fun; I recommend walking away from the tourist areas to explore the neighborhood in the hills above the center. There are signs everywhere of the time when Bisbee had active mining -- and a great museum about the history of mining and Bisbee. A number of art galleries seemed to be out of business; there wasn't as much art as I expected... but the Artemizia Foundation and gallery partly makes up for that with lots of well-done modern street art. There are murals everywhere. Don't miss Lowell, the former city downhill from the center, for fun old cars and businesses lining the short stretch of Erie Street. The Bisbee Restoration Museum is an eclectic collection of all kinds of things, from lots of various toasters to office equipment, wedding dresses, an old radio station, old newspapers with lots of history of the good and bad in Bisbee over the years... multiple "slices of life"... but if you're looking for a fancy museum, this isn't it.

This is such a cute little mining town with some gourmet...

This is such a cute little mining town with some gourmet eats, amazing locals, cool mining tour, murals and art, and the shady parts reminded me of villages in Peru or Nepal. Check out the Copper mine tour. The guides are knowledgeable.

Copper mine tour was fun, Would have liked to spend more time shopping...some stores were closed (monday) Great lunch at a breakfast and lunch place near courthouse (sorry forgot the name). I had a pastrami sandwich with homemade mustard spread (hhhmmm sooo goood) Vietnam coffee was very tasty (iced)

Everybody told me how cool this town would be.

Everybody told me how cool this town would be. Exceeded all my expectations. Quirky quaint no traffic people super nice lots of artsy stuff around town. Nicely marked trails if you wanted to walk and explore the place. Good food. The warner hotel was super. I'm looking for a place to spend next winter and this is now on the top of my list.

Bisbee was a surprise.

Bisbee was a surprise. Very cool old town vibe with shops, taverns and restaurants. Shop owners very kind. Food very good. Went to an afternoon jam session of live music and evening live jazz with Julie's Jazz. She was AWESOME.

Historic hotel with lots of antiques, interesting and well-stocked common area with games etc., coffee and kitchen facilities. Close to historic centre, pretty quiet area. Parking not possible right beside or in front of the hotel because of narrow street; parking one road (set of stairs) down - not a problem. Check-in was easy with instructions for after-hour arrival in confirmation email.

Staff were barely cooperative, unkempt and lacking knowledge. Breakfast was rubbish, with not enough food and poor facilities. We had looked forward to staying here for years since our last visit to Bisbee when the hotel was booked out. It's a pity that it wasn't booked out this time!
