We loved how unique this hotel was and that every room had a different theme. We stayed in the Captain's Suite which was decorated with all different kinds of nautical items. There was a mermaid bust on the wall, port holes lining the hall and even oars as banisters leading up to a very large bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located and our room led right out onto the main road. When they say breakfast is included, they mean it. It is not your standard continental breakfast. It is made fresh and included items such as an egg sandwich, breakfast burrito and pancakes. It will probably be the only place we stay at in Bisbee.

Bisbee has always been a neat town to stop in for a day or...

Bisbee has always been a neat town to stop in for a day or two. It's really unique in that it is built into the mountain so there many cool stairways linking up different levels of the town. It has a rich mining history and the mine tour is interesting. After the mines shut down it evolved into an art community and there are plenty of galleries, shops, restaurants and bars so its fun for a weekend. If anything, they have started to lean into the "we are wacky free spirits" a bit too much, and now there is an over abundance of left wing graffiti, posters and signs, so that's a bit of a turn off unless your way into those politics, but if you are, it's totally your jam. Bisbee, Az is sort of like Marfa, Tx, if Marfa started lifting heavy and got on the juice, then had a roid rage at it's 5 year old niece's birthday party and you had to pull them aside and tell them to chill the hell out.

I love going to Bisbee.

I love going to Bisbee. I started going there several years ago just for a place to ride my motorcycle to. I've since fallen in love with the town. I find the overall vibe to be very relaxing and there are always great dining and entertainment options. I usually have lunch at Le Cornucopia Cafe then head to Old Bisbee Brewing Company for the world's best IPA. Maybe stop at the Bisbee Grand later if there's a band. I've also had great meals at the Bisbee Table , Cafe Roka, Taqueria Outlaw, and Screaming Banshee Pizza. A short drive to Lowell for breakfast or lunch at the Bisbee Breakfast Club is well worth it. Lately I've been walking over to Patisserie Jacqui for breakfast pastry. There may be a line. There are also many restaurants, cafes and bars that I haven't tried yet. Also museums, galleries, shops, ghost tours and more. After visiting for more than twenty years I finally went on a mine tour in February and it was a lot of fun.

I always enjoy a couple days in Bisbee.

I always enjoy a couple days in Bisbee. There's always several music and entertainment options. I just find the overall vibe of the town very relaxing. I like to go to le Cornucopia Cafe for lunch, the Old Bisbee Brewing Company for the best IPA or a refreshing gin Collins, Taqueria Outlaw for delicious tacos and the Bisbee Grand is usually reliable for music or entertainment. I've also had great meals at Cafe Roka, Bisbee's Table and Screaming Banshee Pizza. I usually pick something up at Patisserie Jacqui for breakfast or if I'm feeling especially hungry a short drive to Lowell and the Bisbee Breakfast Club. When several family members were visiting in February I finally got talked into a mine tour and thought it was great! The historical museum also comes highly recommended.

This old mining town feels like stepping back in time.

This old mining town feels like stepping back in time. It's a beautiful, sleepy community filled with artists, galleries, history, antique shops, and great restaurants. As you stroll through town, you may notice the strong smell of marijuana coming from the local park. Aside from that, the town has a unique charm and a welcoming atmosphere. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's definitely worth a visit.

Bisbee is suffering. A lot of empty retail space. The few shops that are left have a good variety of old, new and one of a kind. A couple of good galleries are located on main steet. Assortment of good restaurants and a couple of coffee shops. For entertainment there are a few bars and restaurants with live entainment and a gentleman who performs magic shows.

The city is quirky and fun; I recommend walking away from...

The city is quirky and fun; I recommend walking away from the tourist areas to explore the neighborhood in the hills above the center. There are signs everywhere of the time when Bisbee had active mining -- and a great museum about the history of mining and Bisbee. A number of art galleries seemed to be out of business; there wasn't as much art as I expected... but the Artemizia Foundation and gallery partly makes up for that with lots of well-done modern street art. There are murals everywhere. Don't miss Lowell, the former city downhill from the center, for fun old cars and businesses lining the short stretch of Erie Street. The Bisbee Restoration Museum is an eclectic collection of all kinds of things, from lots of various toasters to office equipment, wedding dresses, an old radio station, old newspapers with lots of history of the good and bad in Bisbee over the years... multiple "slices of life"... but if you're looking for a fancy museum, this isn't it.

I loved the staff very polite and respectful. The owner was present and even greeted us several times told us history of the place. He was very friendly and respectful. I’m surprised because I’ve never met an owner of a hotel or staff that was so involved with their business and or property or business the way he was. He even introduced his wife, his son and granddaughter, who also were wonderful and respectful. I would definitely stay there again it was the best experience I’ve had. Even with the encounters of ghosts. Loved it 🥰

It was a quaint room that reflected the theme of the area. Bisbee is a cute town with roots deep in their history. The both rooms were huge. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs in the loft area. If ask they will give you Wi-Fi access. No TV or radio but I liked being unplugged!
