Fun little town.
Fun little town. It was just a stop over on a long road trip and didn't have any time to explore. I definitely plan on coming back - the 395 is my favorite CA highway! Check out Fossil Falls, Manzanar, and, if you like creepy, Randsburg (all south of Bishop). Schats Roadhouse has AWESOME burgers!Guest review byEliseUnited States - 10.0

Bishop is a tiny town but very friendly.
Bishop is a tiny town but very friendly. You feel secure to walk in the night looks like a town from a movie, there's a museum named "Laws" its really nice. If you like hikking there's Mt. Only good sized town in Owens Valley.
Only good sized town in Owens Valley. Came in late afternoon Saturday with sidewalk rolled up. Many businesses closed Sunday, or open after we had to leave town. More affordable than other OV towns. The hotel was in town so there were several places to eat nearby (Mexican was awesome). Our sons used the pool and the gym and which were both quiet all evening.
