The breakfast that is advertised is only stale muffins, and the pool light has exposed wires. We reserved two king non-smoking rooms but when we arrived we were informed that they only had 1 king non-smoking and the other would be a smoking room. This hotel was not worth the $600 we spent

This Hamipton Inn at Boerne is in a construction area so it was a bit difficult to find the entrance into their property. A big sign along the road with an arrow would have been very helpful!
Once there, we were treated very well by staff and they had given us a room per our listing request for a walk in shower. This room was very spacious and the shower was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable with sofa and nice sized desk with comfy desk chair.
It was a Good experience all around. The bed was pretty good to. I slept well, hubby did not.
When out of town guests visit we will highly recommend this Hampton Inn for sure. Great place to stay when in Boerne, TX.

Boerne is a wonderful small town with a big heart.
Boerne is a wonderful small town with a big heart.
We ate at "The Creek" and the food and service was outstanding.
We are in our eighties so the fun activities are slow walks along the creek, a window shopping tour through Bechams Dept. Store and
tours through some of the lovely local shops.
Boerne is a welcoming, friendly town with locals that make you feel
comfortable to join them. We will be back.

We were very impressed by the Cibolo Nature Center.
We were very impressed by the Cibolo Nature Center. The staff were knowledgeable and the facilities at the interpretive center were impressive. The trails were well marked and maintained. Cibolo Creek with its ancient cypress trees was well worth the walk. We also greatly enjoyed our visit to Cascade Caverns. This small family run venue looks unassuming, but our guide Emily was outstanding and the cave was a knock out. Emily was able to show us resident wildlife and explain the geology and the processes that formed the cavern quite well. We enjoyed sandwiches at Bumdoodlers that were substantial, tasty and reasonably priced.

We loved staying at The Kendall in Boerne.
We loved staying at The Kendall in Boerne. It made our trip very special and memorable. The hotel is very old but updated with beautiful flooring, tile, sinks, bathroom and furniture. The Kendall is old-world charm with modern conveniences.
Boerne was so much fun. We shopped at all of the boutiques and gift stores, visited the church, the famous pie shop, and ate Mexican food that was some of the best we have ever eaten. We were able to walk every where we went since The Kendall Hotel was a great location.
Avoid Mondays if you want to shop. any of the antique stores and boutiques are closed on Mondays but open every other day. It is very easy to get around Boerne from The Kendall Hotel.

I was there for the Insurance Adjusters Academy, and some of the restaurants are really good. not a whole lot of selections. I10 is terribly under construction. However the Landscape and scenery was pretty to see.
The staff and location were best. I wish I got the receptionist's name. She was amazing. The location is great even though there is construction being done. Hard to see at night. But extremely close to Main street, and good restaurants. My husband smokes, so they had a room for him. We had requested the first floor, and we were able to get it. There is NO elevator. Also, pet friendly. It did have a microwave and a small fridge.
Everything was great. The hotel had a great location near Main Street and the creek. The staff was exceptionally friendly. They welcomed us every time they saw us. They had a nice fire in courtyard for the 1st night. On the 2nd night, I asked the staff to start the fire. They had the fire going in a matter of minutes. Loved how friendly the staff was during our visit.
The house and property were great. Perfect location in Boerne right on the creek. Walking distance to the center of town. The house itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our large family. There was a wonderful grass area for the kids to play outside, and we could fish, feed the ducks, and watch turtles all from the back yard of the property.
Location was a mixed bag - it's in the middle of nowhere which gave solitude/quiet but also made it hard to go and come since there is no food option on site (unless you pre-order). It is 20 minutes on small country roads from Boerne and 30 minutes from Kerrville, the closest towns with shopping/eating options.
The suite was large. The bedroom A/C was nice and cold. The room and bathroom were very clean.
Overall a decent stay. They look like they are updating little by little. The hotel isn't really out of date, just starting to show signs of wear and needs things replaced. But not rundown at all.
The breakfast hostess was exceptional in her friendliness and keeping the area very clean. Our room was above average compared to comparable hotels we've stayed at, e.g., Hyatt Place and La Quinta. We won't be going back to them but will definitely be staying with you again.
Beautiful hotel, conviniently located next to the hwy with Walmart/HEB around the corner, friendly staff, spacious rooms, breakfast was awesome (alot of hotels continue with bag/on the go breakfast) it was a pleasant surprise to have continental breakfast.
Very nice, modern, hotel with excellent bedroom and great facilities including pool and gym. Lot's of business visitors, so pool was very quiet. A few restaurants available within walking distance of the hotel. All in all a great venue.
Amazing guest house in a quiet setting in beautiful hill country. It is close enough to Boerne to make a trip in 15 minutes or so. The guest house is nicely decorated. The area is surrounded by trees and wildlife.
We had trouble with our bathtub/shower when we first arrived, however, the hotel reservation attendant, "Grace", was quick to help and more than compensated for our troubles. We would definitely stay again!
The location is great, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The hospitality room is nice for water and snacks. The host returns calls quickly. The Cypress Grill below is excellent.
Best accommodation on our round trip. Very loving and individually furnished rooms. Comfortable beds. The location is unique! The staff are very friendly. Overall, the hotel is very familiar
Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast. The poll is absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls and tiki torches. Really was surprised at such a beautiful outdoor space.
Hotel was very clean, beds/pillows very comfy, A/C worked very well and was very quiet. Room was very clean and no odors. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.
Lobby area was very beautiful with lots of places to relax and eat/drink.
Room was spacious, modern and clean.
Such a lovely hotel to stay, would come again
