Room was very clean. The issues I had were addressed straight away. Breakfast is hit and miss as it is outsourced but there is a Mcdonalds very nearby. The best thing about the hotel. Is the amazing hotel staff. Everyone was so helpful!

Polite and friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy. I appreciated the swimming pool and jacuzzi — although they were a bit dated, they were very clean. The location is convenient, very close to the waterfall, just about a 15-minute drive. A great option for a relaxing stay!
