When we arrived the owner explained that our room was on the 3rd floor which I had not realised when we booked and I have arthritis in my knees. I asked if there was anything on a lower floor and he said that he did have a room that was available so I asked how much it would cost to have that one, the owner explained that as it was a Monday night and a quiet time he would move us to this room for no additional charge which we thought was very good of him and we greatly appreciated it. The room was large and the bed was comfortable and the owner helped us to carry our cases up the stairs which was also greatly appreciated. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but I asked if we could make a drink and was shown where things were that we could use. The breakfast was continental but with a good choice and fresh fruit available. The restaurants belonging to the property were not open on Monday and Tuesday so the owner directed us to a nearby place which was good.

Lovely place, spacious, clean and well equipped rooms, well kept garden and surroundings. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful . Convenient parking space. Great location for traveling around the cape.

This hotel is not near the beach. It was convenient for our purposes. It is located right over the Bourne Bridge. It could be a reasonable choice for families looking for a central location for daily excursions.

Would have been good to know before booking that they only had space for one vehicle per room; wasn't told until the morning of day of arrival in an email. Not good that there is no way to directly contact a manager or owner or even front desk person.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms have clearly been updated and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout the property. I appreciated having breakfast available each morning — a convenient way to start the day. The location is practical and makes getting around easy, even if the surroundings aren’t particularly scenic. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

Staff was super friendly, lots of space in the room. Location is very close to Cape Cod and is a really great value for the price if you want a Cape vacation on a budget. It was quiet. Plenty of free parking. As a former local coming up for a visit, I know Buzzards Bay is a great spot to stay off Cape and still enjoy beaches, the canal, restaurants, etc.

We needed to be on the Cape early but we’re not looking to spend a ton of money for a room for one night. This hotel is right on the rotary and we were able to hop right on the Bourne Bridge and we on the cape in 5 min (on a Saturday morning). The hotel is clean and quite.

This is a very special location in a quiet private neighborhood with a private beach on Buzzards Bay just a few steps down the lane . The outdoor patio with an outdoor kitchen in a glass enclosed shed is wonderful!
