I was charged $279 because of a faulty smoke detector.
I was charged $279 because of a faulty smoke detector. I was lied to. I had stayed at this location five or six times in the past couple months and never had an issue... My significant other had Room To go get something out of our vehicle And the door shut a little hard and smoked detector fell. About 5 minutes later there was a knock on the door from maintenance stating that their panel was showing we smoke alarm being activated.. Apparently if it is disconnected it sends a signal to the maintenance office that there is a fire ..He askedTo verify again that there was no fireWhich I didI asked him to come in and check for himself And to put the smoke detector back up Which he refused 5 minutes later I get a notification On my phone that they charged me $279 for the Fire Department coming out. Which they did not. I was told I would not get a refund and that I needed to call the gay manager in the morning which I did.She told me All she could do is Refund $125. But instead of receiving a refund 4 hours later i got another notification stating that i was charged another $279 so they have charged me twice..They are Crooks .I filed a dispute with my credit card company and waiting for an answer..

Had a lovely time I wish it ha bar/ restaurant.
Had a lovely time I wish it ha bar/ restaurant. People were very friendly, warm chocolate chip cookies were a lovely touch. Room was perfect for what I needed. The only problem was the tv I think you have to have a streaming account to watch the channels that most people watch.

This hotel is clean and up to date.
This hotel is clean and up to date. They have a gym, a breakfast area. Laundry and a ramp in the lobby to access the main floor. It is not directly located on a main road but it is easy to find and it is quiet. It is easy to get around Braintree and it's only 20 minutes from South Boston. Theres lots to see in Boston. Easy access to Logan Airport.

A lovely place to stay.
A lovely place to stay. Shopping area located close to where we stayed. Easy to navigate and get around. Generally a very clean town. From my perspective, it seemed safe to walk about without been bothered by anyone. Lovely place to stay and I would go there again hopefully in the future.

Braintree is a very convenient location for accessing...
Braintree is a very convenient location for accessing various locations in Boston. The Braintree T station and parking garage us just a short drive from the hotel. I highly recommend using the T to visit Boston. There are quite a few restaurant choices near this property and the South Shore Plaza is only a six-minute walk.

This was the best hotel hands down that I have ever stayed...
This was the best hotel hands down that I have ever stayed in. Right next to the hotel was an amazing seafood restaurant, and a short trip down the stairs takes you to Ben and Jerrys, Starbucks, a shopping mall, and many other places. There’s also a gas station right across the parking lot which made it super convenient. The hotel was very clean, and offered breakfast, a bar, and deserts among many other choices. The waiting area was beautiful with a bookshelf and clocks of different times around the world. It also had plenty of comfortable seating, and was well lit. The breakfast was delicious and they offered scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, cereal, orange juice, milk and water. The rooms were clean and offered full size bottles of body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. They also had charging docks beside the beds which made that super convenient. A mini fridge and a make up mirror was also super nice! The hotel was outstanding in a nutshell.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, the bed linen was fresh, and it was perfectly quiet with no unwanted noise. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was excellent. I sincerely recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast is really good with lots of choice. It should be though as it’s a bit pricey for a Residence Inn.
