The staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Big rooms. Great beds and showers. The fact I could see Paul Bunyan’s statue from my room.

This Hotel never disappoints. When we come to Bangor from PEI, we always stay here.

The room was very clean,comfortable and lots of space. We liked the availability of tea,coffee and fruit water. Also appreciated the coupon for eating in the restaurant. Liked that there is a pool and work out room as well.

The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. There was a washer and tumble dryer, which was great.

I had made my reservation last minute but got a beautiful clean room with a very comfortable bed. I slept better than all week!

Room size, staff demeanour and availability, the Bistro

The staff had exceeded our expectations!! If we had any questions/concerns, staffing had taken care of the issues in a quick timely manner. We couldn't ask for any better customer service/support because each interaction was greeted by a warm, friendly smile. Our family is looking forward to stay there again in a very near future.

All staff we came in contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including maintenance and cleaning staff. Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Great selection and tasty breakfast. I used the gym, very convenient.
