Beautiful old house conversion. Very spacious room. Lots of dining space inside and outside in the lovely well kept gardens. Plenty of parking. The amazing host Sabrina and her two nieces were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough for you.

Very beautiful and good location if you want to visit east and south

Charlene and her husband are amazing hosts, very nice and helpful people. They will fix anything you need to enjoy your stay. The resort has just been renovated so everything is new. Its location is also ideal as it is a small bicycle ride away from East Hampton and the beach.

I have stayed at many places in Southampton. This place was great. Parking right out front. Rooms are large bright and clean. Bathroom is a good size. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Water and coffee maker. Toiletries. Lobby with fireplace and staff very friendly. Walking distance to everything in Southampton. It was a pleasure.
