I like that it was clean and quiet. I choose the non-smoking room. Me and my guest had a good time, we turn on the tv and played music through youtube. We had a small refrigderator where we stored our drinks.

The employees were very cheerful and helpful. The location is very close to the subway. We left satisfied.

The hotel is very well presented and is clean. It is very modern. All of the staff were very attentive. Especially, Zue and Krystal. This was my first time in New York and I was travelling solo, so I felt comfortable to ask the staff about anything. They booked my taxis every day and they arrived promptly with no fuss.

The room was clean , comfortable and a nice area. parking is available. The staff is nice. Stores and restaurants are nearby A decent hotel for the area.

The property was clean and nice felt like home!

They have a reserved area for parking behind the building which I liked very much.

Super clean, everything is new and well kept. Great location next to subway station and right across from a 24 hour supermarket. The staff are lovely and the amenities are great - gym, filtered water tap, coffee machines, cleaning services, and 24 hour manned service desk.

Nice room, perfect location, warm atmosphere, service oriented staff. Breakfast in Nice Matin was excellent, yet pricey. I have been in this hotel s few times in the past and will certainly come back.

The hotel is brand new and clean. Guests are well behaved and staff are approachable, responsive and helpful. The hotel is close to the number 2 and 5 trains. There is a large secure supermarket with a friendly owner across the road as well as a Dunkin and burger king. Avoid the delis and walking around at dusk.

Very cool structure and close to the street which makes accessible to otger towns easily. the workers treat u well like a family.

I think meals should be included especially since there isn’t much around.

Very friendly staff. Always smiling. Breakfast was wonderful. MYO waffles, fruit, hot buffet, pastries all in a super clean cafe area on 6th floor. We stayed two nights and both brekky were great! Bedroom is expected... just big enough for a king size bed. But nicely decorated and all we needed. It felt clean and fresh, if not painted and built to high spec. Loved the soap brand. They havent skimped on nice shampoos, conditioners etc. Housekeeping was excellent. There is a super friendly deli next door... 20/20 they make fresh sandwiches open late. Yes its South Bronx and I am from UK with my 14 yr old son, so not local and we felt fine if not slightly out of place. Just keep your wits about. The number 2 subway runs from 2 mins away at Simpson St straight into downtown Manhattan. 30min trip. Easy!!

The hotel Is decent, some staff are friendly and compassionate, when you request tissue paper or room service they provide it, the position is ok and not too far from the subway Withlock AVE. You get TV, microwave, mini fridge (empty) and the heating is working good. Close to a local supermarket for purchase of basic living essentials like drinks and water
