Bryce UpTop Lodge, hotel in Bryce Canyon

We arrived early for check in. Normal front desk, staff without lunch. Another member of the staff saw me in the lobby and put his coffee down and check me in right then. He made sure the room was clean and stocked before we went down there and it was extremely pleasant and accommodating. It was extremely impressive and I appreciated it very much after such a long drive from the Las Vegas airport.

Bryce Park Place, Holm Utah USA, hotel in Bryce Canyon

Bryce Park Place, Holm Utah USA features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchenette. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries and bath.

A stone’s throw from Kodachrome State Park, and easy drive to Bryce and Escalante. Cabins face North. If you want to see stars, I suggest requesting cabins 1-5. The office porch lite stays on all night and ruins stargazing from the units.

We were passing through and decided to stop at the visitor center which was super informative with a movie that explained the area The Canyon View Point was breathtaking! Regrettably we left to stay on track with our travel plans but definitely coming back to explore more and possibly take one of the hikes. This is a must see, mother nature at her finest.

    This is a must-see national park .

This is a must-see national park . It is best experienced by hiking its trails. However, the shuttle system will take you to all trail heads if you just want to look. The surrounding area doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants - Ruby's is probably the best.

Rooms are good and clean. Spacious parking space.

Rooms are good and clean. Spacious parking space. But no Washing machines, no Hot water was coming on this day when we stayed. The hotel was professional enough to monetarily compensate us for the inconvenience caused due to no hot water. I appreciate this gesture.

We toured all five Utah's parks over two trips this past summer and fall. Zion is our favorite but Bryce is a close second. Both have awesome scenery, one looking up and one looking down. We are "geriatric" hikers, found both the Bryce zig-zag trail to the bottom and back up, and the Zion trail to Angel's landing, reasonably well maintained and challenging. We were on a schedule so basically had one day (after an early morning run from St. George) to take in the marvelous views and do our hike before checking in to Ruby's Inn. Convenient, reasonable, and memorable, a find for two seniors on a budget.

This is one of the most beautiful areas.

This is one of the most beautiful areas. The hotel was clean, and pleasent. We had the biggest continental breakfast ever in a very nice barn. There was inside pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy we spent most of our time in the national park.

The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos.

The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom loo seat was broken, the room itself was tiny with little room to walk about. The quality of furnishings was poor. The decor was tired to the point of being worn out. The room had clearly not been refurbished since the 1970s and was NOTHING like the photos which were clearly misleading. The entire experience was poor. There was no option for breakfast and calling the restaurant a “restaurant” was a stretch. More like a cheap cafe.

The hotel was within easy access to Bryce Canyon National Park. The room was very clean and well appointed. The on-site facilities were extensive, and the buffet breakfasts and dinners provided good quality food and value for money. The onsite laundromat was an added bonus to wash clothes prior to our return home.

I had an exceptionally positive experience during my stay at the Bryce Canyon resort. Despite my late arrival, the check-in process was efficiently managed and organized. The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and exceeded my expectations. Overall, the value for money was exceptional.

Breakfast was great. The room was big, clean and comfortable. I likes the hot tub in the cold weather. I really liked the lobby with the fireplace. My kids really liked the computers in the lobby. It was great when it snowed outside. Location is great very close to Bryce Canyon.
