The only thing that is good about the place is the staff.
The only thing that is good about the place is the staff. Everything was out dated in the room window was open. Smelled like weed. Curtains was ripped. Just a dirty place. We couldn't even find a different place to stay because of football game. Otherwise we would have left. Bed skirts was stained and torn.

Well customers are not first there I had Booking.com talk to front desk and instead of just giving me another room I was told they'd have someone clean it when it should have been clean before I got in there... I had to drive all the way to Dundee to find a better stay which meant I had 2 hotel rooms the one in Canton I refused to sleep in but since the room was pay for I went everyday just to check and each time I had to get a new key because Vi was locked out of my room.. The male staff don't know his name told me that if I stayed more than one day they key needed to be reset... first time I ever heard that one🙄

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was close to venue I was attending..Condition of facility, not a repeat option for me.
I stayed 3 nights I had a restful sleep 1 night. The other two nights there were LOUD OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE THAT WOKE ME AFTER 1.5 HRS OF SLEEP AT 4:30 a.m. Fell back into a semi sleep only to get another of the same disturbance. Staff was alerted according to front desk personnel who warned them twice...Didn't help several people who were awakened twice....both rooms should receive a discount. The front desk people should have this shenanigans on video tape.
The carpet looked dirty, the sofa had stains on the cushions, dirty laundry...towels, washcloth, towel and bathmat left outside door for house maids but were not replenished. Not the quality expected.

Good size car park.
Easy access to the interstate, although there was some traffic noise from the interstate.

I enjoy my stay. Professional, caring staff, Good Mangers Mrs. Donna, Mrs. Tabalthn,. Front Desk greets, Keep You Satisfied. House supply guest with all your needs. They get job done at this location. First encounter I think he was so professional. HE GREETED ME SO POLITE GM MAD MY DAY. HIS NAME IS DERRICK. I THINK. I TOLD HIM HE WAS VER PROFESSIONAL. I MISS LAQUNITA INN SUITES CANTON. THERE FAMILY
I FEEL IN LOVE WITH THEM. I HOPE I CAN GO BACK SOON.

I NEEDED A RESERVATION CHANGE AND CALLED THE HOTEL, BUT SINCE I MADE THIS RESERVATION VIA BOOKING.COM I WAS ADVISED TO MAKE THE CHANGE THRU BOOKING.COM. AFTER COMPLETING A CHAT SESSION AND RECEIVING AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THE CHANGE WAS DONE, I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL A DAY LATER THAN MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION AS ARRANGED (OR SO I THOUGHT) AND THE HOTEL WAS UNAWARE OF THE CHANGE. I HAD BEEN DESIGNATED AS 'NO SHOW', RESERVATION CANCELLED, AND CHARGED FOR MY STAY ANYWAY. I THEN NEEDED TO FIND OTHER ACCOMODATIONS AT 10PM AND I'M NOW WASTING MORE TIME TO GET MY ROOM CHARGE REFUNDED

There is nothing to like about this hotel! Absolutely nothing! It’s once you have paid (non refundable) you just stay because you have already paid. If not locked in via their non refundable bookings, I feel most guests would just walk away after they get to the hotel and their rooms. Booking.com should remove this hotel from their listings.

The hotel was not as it looked on advert. Very dirty and poor personnel. I paid and left after seeing the room. No refund was made. No 102 I had to look for an alternative,, I lost money on you.
