United StatesThis condo was immaculate! Every possible thing that you could need was already there. Bring your clothes, toiletries and food....and you are good to go. The beds were the most comfortable EVER!!! And I am very hard to please when it comes to beds. We had a small issue while we were there and the owners made it right immediately. I can't say enough good things about this place.

United StatesHouse is well stocked. Great location and within walking distance to the beach. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was nice. There is a binder with all the info you could need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here August 17 through August 20, 2026...the room...
I stayed here August 17 through August 20, 2026...the room itself was nice, nice bathroom, shower was good...very clean, the wifi went in and out every 30 minutes....when I got there I asked where the pool was....I was told the pool was closed for maintenance and that the other sister motel pools that could be used were also all down for maintenance...I said this should have been some information that should have been told to me BEFORE I made my reservation...I was offered as a consolation a two day free stay in October...which I was not interested in, I cannot swim in a pool in October...I asked for a one day refund via text since I called the number listed for the property management, but no one answered, I left a voicemail, but no one returned my call....my text about being refunded for one day so I could go home early, since I was not pleased, went unanswered as well....great customer NO service!!! I will never stay here again, I stayed in room number 15

Clean beach, warm waters, not very populated at the time we went (First week of August). there are paid parking spots up/down adjacent road so great for a one-day beach visit. Plenty of space at the shore with available paid chairs and umbrellas. No jet sky sports or boats uptown so it was nice and quiet. It is a family beach as I saw plenty of families and mature population in attendance.

Carolina Beach, NC didn’t disappoint.
Carolina Beach, NC didn’t disappoint. There is plenty to do and see. Food, shopping, rides etc., the boardwalk is a fun and exciting place to hang out. Something for everyone. Make sure you get some Britt’s donuts before you leave, best donuts I’ve ever had in my life!

My daughter and I have been fans of Carolina Beach for years...
My daughter and I have been fans of Carolina Beach for years. We have stayed in motels and camped at the State Park, enjoying both experiences. Until this year, we looked forward to visiting one of the bars/restaurants on the boardwalk for its amazing crab dip and steamed seafood (they have apparently changed hands and direction; we didn't find the changes appealing). We did have seafood at Salty's and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach itself is great, and we feel comfortable going into the water when lifeguards deem it safe.

Perfect for families. If you have little ones or not strong swimmers stay waist deep those rip currents WILL get you!
The sand is PERFECT it’s powdery and soft.
There is a shop nearby for every need! Perfect place to go on vacation!

Sarah the host was amazing went above and beyond ! Home cozy very clean and is in a nice quiet and clean area! House location walking distance to beach restaurants and attractions. You don’t need to drive anywhere! We will book it again dog friends and fence yard is a plus also clean and has outside shower wish is great to rinse or give your pet a bath also if coming from beach !

I love staying at Golden Sands, it is a smaller hotel but has fantastic views, beachfront! Staff is very nice. Rooms have been redone and are very cute. It is not a Marriot or Hampton Inn so you can't compare them to that but it is a great family place to stay. I travel alone a lot and feel very safe here!
