Loved the location overlooking the estuary

Great location with wonderful views of the harbour area and river traffic. Balcony overlooking the harbour got sun until 6pm and we could watch the seals swimming in the harbour as well as all the goings on down below. Nice big fridge in the room and good heating for chilly evenings. Great having coffee/tea at reception as well as hot chocolate and refills for the coffee machine. Very comfortable beds and room was quiet although I had requested a room which was farthest from traffic noise as some of the hotel is close to the bridge. We walked to restaurants in the evening and there is a staircase from the front of the hotel down to the harbour (if you take the road there is no pavement for walking so safer to take the stairs). We enjoyed The Wharf which had great views of the sunset and good food. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Seemed much better value than many of the hotels in the surrounding area.

Clean rooms and spacious. Friendly staff. Great prices and location. Close to Safeway and historic downtown.

Fantastic place to stay away from the busy village. Newly refurbished, wonderful bath, lovely terrace, very well appointed.

location was good. They did allow us to bring our dog with an additional charge. The heaters were good and warmed the room quickly.

The harbour and sea views were fantastic. Good selection for breakfast. Room very clean and hotel easy to find adjacent to highway. Thoroughly recommended.

We loved everything in this hotel! It's so cozy with the fire place and all of the interieur! We stayed in room 206, which was very quiet and had comfortable beds. The people working here are all very helpful and doing a great job! We liked the option to get coffee or tea in the lounge. The idea with the breakfast basket is so cool and a great way to start your day! Around the hotel there are so many things to see like the garden with lots of flowers that attract insects and birds. We loved the chicken and lamas - that was such a highlight for us!
