The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale - Tyler provided a truly perfect, five-star stay. The rooms were a standout feature—clean, wonderfully calm, incredibly quiet, and remarkably spacious, offering an ideal and restful retreat. The exceptional service from Ms. Amy at the reception was another highlight; she was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional, making the entire visit seamless and welcoming. The only minor deduction from the experience was the complimentary breakfast, which I would rate 3.5 out of 5, as it was functional but could benefit from improved variety or quality. Despite this minor point, the overall quality—especially the rooms and the top-tier staff like Ms. Amy—easily earned a five-star rating. I highly recommend this hotel and plan on returning.
