The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The manager, Mike, was especially kind and welcoming. The room was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning was already on when we arrived, so the room was nice and cool. The location is perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it.

New and very clean hotel with a specious room and comfy beds

Central location, spacious room, bed comfort and price

Very quiet place, good for a peaceful sleep

This is the best Holiday Inn in Channelview area.

The wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly that it made the stay so great - I've never felt so welcome in a hotel than here. Bathroom a bit outdated but ok and clean. Bedsheets very very clean, room very clean, AC not too loud and working very very well (I forgot To turn it off while at dinner and I had to switch it to heating when I came back because it really was too cold (the room really had 65 °F/16°C when I came back

It was great! I asked for an extra blanket and there were none available but she did give me a couple of extra sheets. Loud stomping through hallways and upstairs but you can’t really control that. It was a very nice stay. Thank you.

Rooms were really nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff were lovely the property was clean and it was quiet considering its location.

Excellent property. The hotel was incredibly clean, the breakfast was good and the gym was exceptional. I was shocked they had so many weights. It was a great surprise to get a good workout in. Staff was flexible - I was running late and they kept the breakfast station open while I grabbed something. The front desk staff was super friendly. Loved this hotel and I spend many nights in hotels.

Value for money and a good location. The staff were super friendly. Bed was really comfy
