What really pushed this to a 10 for me was the friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Margaret went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed fresh hot coffee and a nice assortment of breakfast choices. She was also very helpful and found a box for me to use to carry out a three tier diaper cake that was made in the room. When my sister-in-law and I arrived, Judy was able to change assigned rooms around so that our rooms would be close to each other. Overall, all three of the ladies were just super friendly and nice, which made our stay more enjoyable.

All staff were friendly and helpful, front desk and housekeeping. All requests were handled with kindness and a clear desire to honor the accommodations requested. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. My thanks to them all! The hotel was very clean, room and corridors, breakfast was also good. **Housekeeping was exceptionally quiet in the mornings, never heard them! I will definitely stay at Baymont-Decatur for my next visit!
