ColombiaMy stay at Horizon Inn was spectacular, the staff who received us was very friendly and respectful, took us to the room, showed us the facilities, the room was really very nice, the room was very clean, everything was wonderful, the room has microwaves, fridge, dryer, table and iron for your clothes, the bathroom is equipped with everything you need, has air conditioning and heating, TV with free applications and wifi, in the hallway you will find coffee machines And free ice, I will definitely stay again, thank you very much, my experience was fantastic.

I didn't ask for names but especially the receptionist that was working at night (male) was just the nicest!
The hotel lobby and bar area are very pleasant and well decorated.

Horrible.
Horrible. I had a 2 night stay ... the room was not touched for the 2nd. night. Not even new towels or a restock of the in-room coffee maker. When asked about this at the desk, they told me that's the way it's done now due to covid. Basically they DON'T clean the room because of covid ... but still charge the same amount (or more)to book the room. What a scam. If you don't clean the room for the 2nd. night of a 2 night stay ... at least provide clean towels, make the bed and re-stock the coffee maker. If you can't service the room ... then don't rent it! Furniture in the room was also heavily stained and the Television didn't work properly.

Very good service, room was clean, location was accessible to everywhere I wanted to go. Uber was an easy connection. Value to cost ratio was very good. Again, personal service welcoming and made the stay easy. Would stay again in this hotel.

Location was good and staff were nice. The bedroom was fairly large. The AC worked perfect and the bed/towels were clean. The soap was Dove, which was good to see since some hotels find cheap alternatives.

Great staff. Good location, looks that they have a nice pool, but it was not operating yet. The whole hotel is a little older but very clean.
