The location was ideal, shopping and restaurants were near by. Access to the interstate was close to the hotel as well. The room was nice, spacious, and had had a dated or stained area in the bathtub.

Me and my friends came to the 4 wide race to watch the drag race and it was great. But I would say Home Town Suites of Red Roof is the worst facility I have ever been to that was infested with roaches

Great area. Close to Charlotte and an easy drive in. There is a lot to do in and around Concord. Definitely worth a trip. Check out the Botanical Gardens at UNC Charlotte. Even in Autumn it was a very nice place to visit.

The bed pillows were mini? Also the hair dryer hung on bathroom wall did not work. The room and hotel was very clean, friendly staff, satisfying breakfast, good outlets for phone, etc. Nice size tv and bed was comfy!

It was fine. What I absolutely hated was BOOKING.com policy that doesn’t allow any changes to the reservation. My grandaughter got sick while we were on our way from Atlanta. We hadn’t gotten far before she started throwing up and had a sore throat. I had to come back and have her tested for COVID. We had to delay our trip by one day. It’s ridiculous that Booking.com is so greedy that I ended up paying almost twice what I had intended to pay. I couldn’t not disappoint my grandkids so I just booked another reservation with the hotel. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.com ever again and I’m telling everyone I know about my experience with you.

The Hotel was below a standard for mid level Hotel in my opinion. I want to be clear, it is not due to the staff that is grossly understaffed. I spoke to a few employees throughout the few day stay there. I always loved the South and the way they communicate with their Southern charm. The sky could be falling and polite is order of the day. So the people that make up the staff is not the issue. Its there are too few of them. There are 2 people that make up the house keeping not including the laundry person and any others. The laundry person was not at work 1 day and caused a shortage of clean linens, towels, etc. Only until this is addressed then each phase if the operation will suffer. So they have a foundation to build on. Its about 35 mins to Downtown Charlotte, so consider that when booking. I was only a few mile from PNC Music Pavilion so this was perfect for that. I drove myself so I had no need for courtesy shuttle. The NASCAR race was happening that weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway as well. I had friends there and went to visit them and it was 15 minutes or so. There are more than enough Interstates around this area making it easy to get around the area. Not far from shopping are with a Mall and several big Box stores, and National chain stores. So in close they need the staff to make the stay more welcoming. And, please for heavens sake, keep coffee available for guests that are not working the normal hours. I had 1 coffee in several days and it was without equal the worst coffee I ever regretted putting to my lips.
