Well located and comfortable hotel

Perfect view for the fireworks on Light Up Night! It was our anniversary and we have stayed here several times, so are familiar with the hotel. Would recommend to anyone coming to town for a night out or special occasion.

Great, friendly staff who helped with providing directions and suggestions to nearby restaurants and attractions. Great room, comfortable bed and pillows. Room service from fl2 restaurant was beyond great! A wonderful stay all-around. No complaints at all.

We were there for a hockey game so the location was great. Staff were great, rooms were a nice size, especially the bathroom with lots of natural light. Close to the centre as well, lots of access to restaurants.

The night staff is unbelievable, they go above and beyond to make sure we’re having a pleasant stay. The location is central to everything, a lot of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. There’s a massive car park right beside the hotel which can be accessed by spot hero.

The rooms were very clean, the room was spacious, very bright and had a lovely view. The facilities were good, breakfast healthy, friendly staff. Nothing was old, dark, broken or dirty. New, bright, new and clean. The vallet parking was very friendly. Thanks guys! Oh and not to forget the location! Right in the middle of everything, above Target and Burlington.

Breakfast was great the chefs made delicious omelettes with a variety of fillings. The staff in the dining room and those doing room service were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great and close to shops like Burlington which is great for those who like buying clothing with great discounts.

Great property, location and helpful staff. We had an exceptional stay. The hotel staff could not have done more to make this a great stay.

We enjoyed the location. We were able to walk everywhere and it was easy to get to different places.

The staff, especially the doorman whose Dad was an architect, were just so friendly. The room was spacious and the breakfast generous. Loved the balcony with views over the river. SUCH a convenient location for everywhere in Pittsburgh.
