excellent facilities, the suite is really comfortable, the housekeeping is considerate resturant at the lobby is high recommended

All are good, and will go to live there again if I visited Chicago again. Thank you!

huge suites - 2 rooms each, comofrtable set-up, nice gym - it's lacking some equipment but you can still do a training that will hurt :) incredible breakfast - rarely you can see such omlette selection even in restaurants

Rooms are well equipped, maintained, and overall, roomy

Large, quiet hotel in a quiet suburb, 20-30 minutes car from O'Hara Airport, and 10 minutes walk from a Jewel-Cosco supermarket and the train station to Chicago Union Station. A really nice bar/restaurant Portillo's is literally next door. Hotel has self-service laundry facilities.

Avocado toast and coffee a real plus.

The hotel is a little outdated, but I guess we got a renovated room, as everything looks fresh, and new inside. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty, beds were good, the overall experience is great. Quiet and comfortable place.

The location of the hotel is right off I-94. So it was super easy to get to. There wasn't much around that was within walking distance of the hotel, but in turn the street that the hotel is located on was not heavily traveled. You could hear the noise from the highway in our room but our room also faced the highway, otherwise we never heard any of our neighbors or anything. There is a security cop that drives around the area at night. They provide a standard Continental breakfast (waffles, eggs and a meat or biscuits and gravy, muffins, juice, bagels, coffee, yogurt, cereal, and fruit). The staff was very friendly and happy. The atmosphere in the lobby area is professional but very cozy and relaxing. They have a seating area in front of a fireplace when you walk in the front door. The also have a library and several table and chairs to sit at anytime of the day. They have an indoor pool with lots of seating options. Unfortunately they do not have a hot tub in the pool area. They have a fitness room and they also have 2 washers and dryers for guest to use to wash their clothes. The parking lot is very well lit up all the way around the building. I felt safe there no matter if it was day or night. Our room was beyond what I was expecting compared to their pictures. I had an executive King Suite and there was more than enough room that 4-5 adults could move around the room without tripping over each other. The bed was extremely comfortable; along with the sofa, arm chair, and office chair. The atmosphere in the room was very warm and inviting and I felt like I was going home.

Great overnight stay.We know this area well and were pleased to be in a clean friendly area.We had booked an earlier stop but were horrified on arrival so kept driving.Very glad that the Westin could accomodate us.Nice corner room.Kindly gave us a late check out.Easy to eat in the hotel or close by.Starbucks in the foyer was great for coffees.

The club lounge was exceptional, a great place to rest and work. Breakfast was great. Fourth stay at this hotel and it improves each time.

Perfect hotel with good facilities

Large and comfortable room. Good breakfast

Close to the place I needed to be

Breakfast was good, but there were different options (full-on buffet, continental buffet or a la carte) which made the whole decision confusing. The staff was really friendly!

Very spacious, peaceful area, great facilities within the room tv, kitchen, perfect space for the few days.

Everything was perfect, 100% recommended. The excellent breakfast, one day they gave carnitas tacos with their red onion, cream, fresh cheese, and sauce. One afternoon they gave appetizers and there was wine 🍷😋 The whole breakfast was perfect, they had orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon water Excellent cleaning, we also loved the patio area, we enjoyed the patio every night. The pool, everything was perfect. The kitchen very clean, the bed excellent, the bathroom and tub super clean, I liked that they had hand soap, and hand cream. And in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and body wash In large size. So you don’t have to take your .

Clean and well maintained, free parking

The lobby was under renovation, with tools and materials piled up everywhere, creating a very strong odor. There was no separation from the construction area, which was unsuitable for families with a two-year-old child. The surrounding area also didn't feel very safe; our car was involved in a minor accident in the parking lot. The front desk staff were not very welcoming either.

I only stayed one night and basically just slept there. It is as expected for a Courtyard in the suburbs, including the price.

Perfect service, good professional staff

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A good breakfast.

very spacious room, clean and cozy
