We stayed in this hotel in 1996 and 2007 and I am so happy that it is still the same fantastic hotel. They do not charge for parking, breakfast is fantastic and they have a a free evening reception from 5pm to 7pm offering 2 free drinks and complimentary food. The rooms are very big with a separate sitting room and have a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Large, quiet hotel in a quiet suburb, 20-30 minutes car from O'Hara Airport, and 10 minutes walk from a Jewel-Cosco supermarket and the train station to Chicago Union Station. A really nice bar/restaurant Portillo's is literally next door. Hotel has self-service laundry facilities.

Rooms are well equipped, maintained, and overall, roomy

Very spacious, peaceful area, great facilities within the room tv, kitchen, perfect space for the few days.

The breakfast was what is usually served at hotels. It was ok. I would have liked some bacon with my eggs . The staff was friendly and rooms were very nice and clean.

Great overnight stay.We know this area well and were pleased to be in a clean friendly area.We had booked an earlier stop but were horrified on arrival so kept driving.Very glad that the Westin could accomodate us.Nice corner room.Kindly gave us a late check out.Easy to eat in the hotel or close by.Starbucks in the foyer was great for coffees.

Perfect location! For me was 5 minutes by walking from my office that week. Great breakfast, wonderful hotel team!

Perfect hotel with good facilities

Breakfast was good, but there were different options (full-on buffet, continental buffet or a la carte) which made the whole decision confusing. The staff was really friendly!

The price - value ratio is way above average. The entire hotel is very clean, the breakfast has a wide range of choices, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, 100% recommended. The excellent breakfast, one day they gave carnitas tacos with their red onion, cream, fresh cheese, and sauce. One afternoon they gave appetizers and there was wine 🍷😋 The whole breakfast was perfect, they had orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon water Excellent cleaning, we also loved the patio area, we enjoyed the patio every night. The pool, everything was perfect. The kitchen very clean, the bed excellent, the bathroom and tub super clean, I liked that they had hand soap, and hand cream. Breakfast was warm and neatly organized (constantly tidied up by the staffs), and best of all more than adequate to start the day. The room was clean, and quiet(except from occasional foot steps sound from the room above, but not a biggie. ), and remote from the elevator as requested.

I only stayed one night and basically just slept there. It is as expected for a Courtyard in the suburbs, including the price.
