For us it was good location. Also having parking was nice benefit. The staff was helpful and pleasant. There was clean and quiet room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too.

I had spoke with Gabe on the phone prior to my check in, he was so helpful and cheerful to talk to. All of your staff was amazing. My room was squeaky clean also (which is hard to come by with hotels these days). I cannot express how great my stay was here from the moment I entered to the last second I left. Keep up the great work!!

Upon arrival until we checked out our whole time was awesome. The Manager is hands on, the team was and we’re all productive and the overall cleanliness from vestibule to shower must have been cleaned by those who clean and sanitize Operating Rooms. The price is fair, not the lowest, but the few extra dollars will keep this property pristine for the next guests,,,, think of it as “Paying It Forward”. Not sure what the Secert sauce is but they have it!!!!!

I used to live there.

I used to live there. I picked this hotel because I stayed there before. Fenton is fine. Close to many things. I had a biopsy the next day at St luke's and arrived the night before as it was early. 15 minute drive. That was great. Hotel not so much

I wouldn't call it "family-friendly".

I wouldn't call it "family-friendly". It's in an industrial park and lots of construction professionals stay there when working in town. The amenities are scarce. The pool has been bricked over. It's not clean. If you need a cheap place to sleep overnight, with the basics, it will probably work, but I would keep your socks on. The breakfast is instant oatmeal and granola bars. I had blood splatters on the doors and walls/floor of the bathroom. Holes and damage on the walls. It's not maintained. Sheets were stained and paper thin. The microwave stopped working.

Desk employees very friendly and eager to make your stay there pleasant. Housekeeping definitely lacking! The day of arrival, I pulled back comforter and noticed hair and what looked like Chocolate smeared on the sheet.it definitely had not been changed from previous tenant. 2nd day the shower drained stopped up, 3rd day tried to wash clothes in the tenant washing machine, only to find the washer was not working. I understand things happen but this was ridiculous!!

It’s a kid friendly place lots of activities to do with children plenty of places to eat and we loved Wally’s a huge gas station Unfortunately I had a heart attack while visiting and was hospitalized for about 4 days I’d recommend st Clare hospital to anyone save my heart and the staff is incredibly supportive and attentive

The location of the hotel was ok if I'd been touring the...

The location of the hotel was ok if I'd been touring the city but I was visiting the area for a family event. I did have some difficulty navigating the interstate. I'm not accustomed to dealing with that much traffic. And I've always been a little intimidated by Rt 44. It was a challenge to get around without using the interstate but I managed. I wish I'd had time to explore more but perhaps I'll have time on my next visit.

The fact that they had popcorn in the lobby was a great surprise! The restaurant near to it was also nice to visit. It was a good hotel for a stop on our trip.
