Despite initial concerns about safety, my personal experience contradicted those worries. I discovered that the area around the Arch and Ballpark Village was safe to walk around during the day, Had mouthwatering tacos and margaritas at Condado Tacos at the Ballpark village. ,To explore further, we opted for Uber rides at night and were rewarded with the breathtaking sight of the Anheuser Busch St. Louis Brewery lights. Explored the St. Louis Zoo, a free and delightful experience. Overall, while some caution is advisable, my trip revealed that with sensible precautions, St. Louis can be a wonderful and safe destination to explore. Will have to check out the botanical gardens on our next visit.

The city is empty. Nothing to do. On a Saturday afternoon downtown is empty. No shopping, no bars down town. If you have to go to st Louis, make sure you’re in a nice neighborhood out of centre. There are quite a few.

Our family spent Labor Day weekend at the Forrest Park Drury Inn and Suites. It was a very comfortable stay with everything that we wanted: great breakfast, comfy beds, and nice pool area. We spent time at the wonderful and FREE St Louis Zoo and the very interesting Science Center. What a great get-away!

If it was not for Anheuser-Busch, I would not come back to St Louis. The Arch was good and was a monument to see but Anheuser-Busch was the highlight of our trip. The only reason I would return would be because I would go back to see Anheuser-Busch. They know how to treat people and are just an awesome place to go.

The homeless and drug addicts around the ball park and the arch was very disturbing. Not very safe for people especially for children to be seeing drug addicts being high running around on the grass by the arch acting crazy when you are trying to enjoy a vacation. Doesn't feel safe to be out sight seeing.

Great location walking distance from Busch Stadium and downtown. The pictures match the hotel. Loved the private entrance and parking garage ($25 self parking for 24 hours). My boyfriend and I stayed 1 night to go to the Cardinals game. The lobby was beautiful. Front desk was very nice and friendly. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite room. The room was huge and very nice. Quite stay. The game ended up getting postponed. We plan on staying here again!

Super staff. Spacious rooms with unbelievable breakfast. Well worth the stay. Unless you plan on walking to and from, just remember they only have valet parking, which is okay. I couldn't believe how big tge dining area was, and we found out that there are pizza and Chinese restaurants that will deliver to your door if you just want to stay in. Loved it! It's the only hotel we will ever stay at downtown again.

We liked the area, good place to stay if you’re interested in the downtown area. We went to a Blues game and walked to and from the game only a few blocks. We really would have liked a snack bar or food place open after game, we looked for anything but everything closed. Vending machines were in a hallway room on first floor, and just regular vending snacks.

Even though it was very expensive, I chose this hotel because it was near Busch Stadium and I could walk to the games there. The Drury Inn company seem to be top-notch. The staff were all very helpful, the breakfasts were great, the afternoon food was just right for me, the bed was comfortable.

A conveniently located property near the interstate, minutes away from most St. Louis attractions. Breakfast was good and the space for eating wasn't cramped as it is in so many hotels.

The location was good for the baseball stadium. There's one or two diners nearby in downtown and after a short walk some shops and bars on Washington.
