I arrived at property @ 12;30 PM, I had approval from...

I arrived at property @ 12;30 PM, I had approval from property for early check in @ Noon! Woman clerk informed me check in was at 3:00, PM! I attempted to show her email that I had, stating check in was ok after Noon! She told me that she did not write the email and could care less what it said, she again said loudly, check in at 3:00PM! I thanked her for her information and left! She checked me in at 3:30! I reported my encounter to Booking who said they would look into it! Property told Booking ,that I was mean to staff, and appeared to be on some sort of substance? I am not a drug user, smoker or alcoholic! I'm actually more insulted by the property's comment, to cover their error to Booking, than the convenience of the early check in!! The only Staff I encountered, was the nasty clerk ,and a Man that came to fix the TV, He said previous guest played video games! I thanked him and tipped him! I will NOT use Booking.com, in the future, and I'll advise everyone I can, to NOT use Travel Inn in Flemington! I have many work colleagues, who travel through Flemington area! No one should be spoken to, or treated like I was at this property!

Nothing, when I arrived, I thought the property was closed, building was in great disarray. Found out there was a second building in the back which looked like it had need through some repairs, but still not on tip top shape. I realized I only paid about $75-$85 dollars for the room, but never would have rented room based on overall hotel conditions. Surprised that trivago represents these properties to there customers.

I always stay here and it’s a great hotel. The price is fair , could be a little less, but definitely the best in the area. The night I just stayed , the fire alarm went off at 2:30am. I was only there for less than 10 hrs and couldn’t sleep because it went off for almost an hour. Spent money for no sleep

The location was perfect as I was doing some temporary work in the area. Manager was very helpful and pleasant in accommodating me to a handicap room since I had knee surgery recently.
