We lived in Folsom for 4 years. We had to relocate in order to be closer to our family. Folsom is a great town. It has all the amenities every family wants and needs, ie, walking and biking trails all over town. There is the also the famous Folsom lake. This town had lot of upscale restaurants and the city is safe and clean. .
We visited the Folsom Zoo which is a rehabilitation place for wild animals, what an adorable wonderful place! The animals seemed happy and content. Downtown Folsom is wonderful and quaint with lots of shops and places to eat.
Sure looked good all decorated for Christmas around the historic district. The hospitality and cinnamon rolls at Station Cafe get a 10+. Would like to explore more of the hundreds of miles of walking and biking trails around Folsom.
We enjoyed the restaurants and unique shops in the revitalized, historic downtown and the walking trail along Lake Natoma. There is so much more to Folsom than is apparent from Highway 50. It is very much worth a visit.
We only did a quick stop over on our way to South Lake Tahoe. We went out to eat at 1850 Brewery and definitely recommend it. The beer & burgers were excellent & the staff very friendly. the town looked cute & worth a visit but we never had time to fully explore it.
Many outdoor activities and some beautiful waterways. Lots of traffic and speeding down the (very wide) main arteries of the town seems to be the norm. Dozens of restaurants (seems to be all of the major chain eateries) in many malls around town. Close enough to travel into Sacramento and up to Lake Tahoe.
they failed to honor my reservation and then reported me as a no show. said there was a mechanical problem with the room while checking multi night guests right in front of me. They sent to the hotel next door who said this happens daily
Everyone was nice and helpful. For the price of the hotel, this is a great value. House keeping very helpful got me every I needed. The gym was perfect for my me. I have stayed for here for over a week.
Our stay was amazing! Hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. Beds were super comfy.
Staff was so helpful. The hotel is beautiful and VERY CLEAN. Comfortable home away from home
The front desk lady at night was such a pro and we really enjoyed your hotel. Thank you
