The property was clean, quaint, and had very comfortable beds. We just left a Hilton hotel before we stayed here and the beds they had at this motel was better than what was at the hotel. The linens were clean, bright white, and so soft.

It was a very cool remodeled mill. Our room we had was the loft in the 4th floor and it was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and cozy! Full kitchen even though we didn’t use it, it was still beautiful and nice to have. The whole experience was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for our anniversary. We wanted to visit Cooperstown and the surrounding area (it was off season so things were pretty quiet). The rental was clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a smart TV in the living room, and wifi available. Our only wish was more water pressure in the shower. The farm was a really unique setting with cows, sheep, chickens, goats and cats and dogs right outside your door. We were provided a tour by the owner's young son who did a great job showing us around. The owners were responsive, friendly and not intrusive. It was a great experience! It would be great for families with kids as well. We really liked the farm stand, where we purchased some local goodies. 🙂
