Everyone that works there is sooo nice and the location is so convenient to almost everything in a walking distance. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Most people are complaining about homeless people and people doing drugs but that isn't the hotel's fault. And when reading other people's reviews they made it sound like there was a lot of them and that wasn't true either. The hotel is very nice with an exceptionally good staff. If I ever come back to Pottsville, I will definitely be staying here.
