Very close to all GB attractions. Very clean and ready for us to stay. They even had the heat on for us!

Usually on bottom floor which I prefer love being in the laconte building. Very clean and nice .we have only stayed at brookeside lodge for the last 8 years .would recommend to anyone.

The location was great. The front of the cabin faced a creek and was just a short distance from town. A very nice sized suite with necessary cupboard items to service the 3 of us

Great accomodation ! The family (I believe) that own the inn are very nice and welcoming. The room itself is quite spacious and has anything you could possibly need for a long weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable and the AC is kickin', great when trying to get outta the Tennessee heat. Also getting to see bears nearly every day was cool. It was more than what we saw in the actual Great Smoky Mountains national park area, and were able to get as close as reasonably possible, too.

Everything was beyond what I expected. Very clean cozy room. The balcony with the river view was amazing. Definitely a great place and definitely recommend Bear Creek Inn.

Super easy check-in and Keith was so helpful. Loved the fire place and sitting on the balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good but not consistent.

LOVED the location! It was within walking distance to everything. We could park our car and only drove in it once, which was great because traffic can get a little hectic. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, and our room was ready early, which was fantastic!! The hot tub and fire pit were very relaxing, and our daughter loved the pool! It was great to be able to take our dog with us as well.

The location was amazing to everything. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was awesome.

The view was amazing, the location good, especially the trolley route, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was ok, not bad but not outstanding, we did not try the omelet station, the staff at the restaurant were very nice with the exception of the one refilling the buffet, he was rude about the gravy top that was malfunctioning. We ate at the The Vista Grill for the evening meal, it was fast service, staff friendly and the food was very good. We got a pizza at Salamander Cove near the pool, the menu was very limited and not what was advertised, but the pizza we ordered was hot and good. The pool is great for every age level. The hotel was clean, the lobby spacious, parking was a breeze, and once again, the trolley service was a good choice.

We have stayed there many always a great to stay .Location is perfect .Breakfast is ok .

This is not a Hilton, so don’t go there expecting that and then complain. The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly, polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. I loved having a fireplace in my room. I could hear the creek running. The price for the rooms is a great price. The free breakfast is also nice. I would definitely stay there again.

When I booked the room for New Years Eve at a very low rate, I was a little worried what we would walk in to. I warned my kids in advance. But when we arrived and opened the door, I was very pleased with the room. It has been updated. Still needs some work, but what I found most important is that is was very clean. The beds were brand new with new flooring and paint. You can tell they have worked hard on making the room as nice as possible. Also, the room was very large. Very close to downtown. Maybe a 7-minute walk to the strip. I've been in the Hotel business for 20 plus years. I'm not easily impressed but for the money, it was well worth it. It was perfect for our One Night Last minute stay. Will stay again!

Check-in was a breeze. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was pristinely clean and you could tell everything was well maintained inside and outside. There was no trash strewn about anywhere in the parking lot. Parking is free for reserved customers and easy to find a spot. The location is perfect as it is right at the beginning of the strip, close to everything BUT far enough away that excessive noise isn't an issue.
