The service was excellent, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special thank you to Marlo for such a warm and welcoming check-in, especially in the middle of the night — it really made a difference after a long trip 🙌 Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only small thing to note — housekeeping knocked in the morning regarding cleaning, so for travelers arriving late at night, I would recommend putting the “Do Not Disturb” sign in advance to avoid being woken up. Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend! 👍

Big spacious clean room and clean bathroom

The bed slept comfortably and it was clean, & the shower was good that’s about all I can think about except for only giving us 1 roll of tissue & 1 trash bag.

The staff were wonderful and so kind and helpful. Particularly the lovely lady on the front desk when we left. She couldn’t have been more kind and helpful when we left something in the room and had to return. Thank you.
