I was very impressed with the facilities provided. The place was well curated and cozy and super clean. The bedrooms were nice as were the beds and linens. WiFi was strong. The House was comfortably warm altho it was in late Nov. Hot water was available all the time and water pressure was strong. Lenie was a brilliant host, replying all my queries. She kindly let us check in at noon. She also let us use the washer and dryer. Kitchen utensils were complete. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in process was smooth and hosts were really responsive. Kitchen was well-stocked and the place was exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. The location is great with close to all key spots in New Haven. We will definitely return in future.

ideally located in the heart of a residential neighborhood popular with Yale students and faculty. nice cafes, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Nice 4 bedroom apartment with all you need. clean, comfy beds, ac in each room. communication with landlord was smooth.
