I went there to check in for 2 minutes then arrived at 2am to sleep when I got there I tried to use the rest room and the toilet was clogged I told the service desk and they gave me a snake and told me to unclog it my self I'm not a plumber so I had to sleep in the room with out using the bathroom for the whole night they send a maintenance guy there the nest day when I was supposed to check out bad service

For the price of the overnight, disappointed in the lack of amenities such as a functional amount of soap and shampoo, and towels, especially as there were 4 of us in the room. Also, TV didn't work even after the manager tried to reset it,
