Easy reservation process. My room was right at the top of the stairs with the heat already on. I appreciated the care & concern. The amenities in the room were perfect for my short stay. Great comfort.

Merg at the reception was wonderful - nothing was a problem, there were only solutions, with a smile and good cheer. Very convenient to the airport - within a 10-15 minute walk, and there's a shuttle too. Big rooms, great staff.
