Everything about my stay was nice. The rooms were very clean. I needed two rooms because of the size of my family and I asked for the rooms to be next to each other and they were. Every employee that I seen were very nice and always asked if I didn’t anything. I’d stay here again.

I asked foe an Accessible room. I had to move to another room and there is no handicap toilets. My 2nd night no clean towels I. The room we had to go to tge desk to get them. The room keys never worked. We had to keep getting them reprogrammed. Very disappointed with this holiday inn

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding at the crystal ballroom and the hotel in that hotel was sold out. Really liked the newly renovated rooms. LOVED that there were like 100 areas to plugs stuff in and charging ports.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Hotel is also in a great location to shop and eat. We came for the pool which is pristinely clean and well taken care of.
