The only Motel 6 in the US that has a fantastic view, Lake Hamilton is nearby. Feels like staying in a lodge. Quiet and safe location, comfy bed, nice room with balcony. Hot Springs NP is just a short ride away. Extremely nice check in, had a lovely chat with night manager Mr. Hensley, who was very kind and helpful.

McClard's Bar-B-Q was good, their slaw was excellent. Granny's Kitchen for breakfast was a great place. You can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel. The Gangster Museum Tour was awesome and wanted it to last longer. We love the Free parking garage located one block way from Central Ave. Fall colors are awesome this time of year. Lots of State parks to visit and the Lakes are great. Downtown was decorated with festive lights.

The bathhouses seemed to be popular, we did not go to them, but saw others going in. There are true "hot springs" to visit, Many walking trails located near to the town, The many lakes around the area have so many water activities for families. Many restaurants with varied menus provide plenty of choices. We ate at Fisherman's Wharf, large servings, excellent flavor, mid-to high prices but very well worth it. Right on the lake with beautiful views of water activities.

This is a wonderful getaway spot, much to see and do, especially if you have children. The outdoor activities are great. I really enjoyed hiking up the mountain to the Observatory and of course I collected a few jugs of the Hot Springs water. The people in town as well at my hotel are super friendly and I enjoyed myself. Getting to Hot Springs and my place of stay was easy and I enjoyed everything.

Nothing but a bunch of money hungry greedy rascals , definitely a tourist trap Will never return there There is no. Good or easy parking Buildings are dilapidated streets need repair Hotels are nasty in downtown area Most of the bath houses are closed or made into something else Really a big disappointment

Very cool vibe here.
Very cool vibe here. The area is very walkable, good restaurants and lots of places to have a drink and people watch. The baths are a unique experience. If you are into history, there is much to explore. You are in a urban setting that is essentially in a National Park with park activities too. Relaxing area where you can be as active as you want to be. You can sit and read a book and enjoy nature or hike trails, go out to clubs for night life and music or find a quiet restaurant to enjoy good food or a latte.

We loved Hot Springs!!! The locals were all so friendly. The atmosphere was just what we needed. We loved that it was so easy to get around and lots of fun things to do. I forsee us visiting here every few years.
