Lovely spot with harbor views from the conveniently located restaurant downstairs, which served us well for dinner both nights. The bed was terrific! The place was spotless. And they use environmentally friendly soap and shampoo. We really appreciated the contactless checkin and checkout. We were well apprised of the process and room codes before arrival, and perfectly timed texts kept us informed and reassured that we were well looked after. We enjoyed the quiet, rustic space to relax after a long walk on the beach, and availed ourselves of the excellent selection in the adjacent bookstore for our beach reads. We will definitely stay here again!

These charming little cottages set on the (not very busy) main street are nicely decorated and come with all the things you need. Soaps and towels and water bottles and tv and comfortable beds. We stayed in cabin #1 and the decor was very nice. I understand they’ve been recently renovated and it was tasteful and cute. The floor was slightly sloped but that just added to the charm for us. The bathroom was a good size as was the room.

Pet friendly! My dogs are my children, and I don't leave home without them! I also brought coffee, as most places give you enough for 1 pot, but they had plenty of coffee! Location is right where all the action is, but it was very quiet even though we were at a Jeep Event that drew a few thousand people!

We were visiting friends in Oysterville so don’t have an opinion of Ilwaco as a destination. The Inn where we stayed is lovely, run by a young couple. There is a very nice coffee shop/ restaurant right around the corner from the Inn that is very nice: rustic, local favorite, also run by a young couple. Very nice breakfast and lunch place, comfortable with very good food and coffee.

Nice older coast town.

Nice older coast town. Needs some promotion to tourists -places to eat, see, something historical etc. Seem overshadowed by the activities in Long Beach. Work on cutting into their market share of people traveling and on tour

Ilwaco is a fishing village with a lovely working boat...

Ilwaco is a fishing village with a lovely working boat harbor and a walkway lined with interesting shops. It hosts a Saturday market that is fun to explore and shop locally made items.The downtown is historic, beautifully maintained and friendly. The historic Cape Disappointment State Park borders the town and is a popular camping destination. There are many hiking trails to the beach, the Columbia river north jetty and historic sites, including two light houses. The Lewis and Clark Expedition Interpretive Center in the park is a must visit. Ilwaco is a quiet treasure away from the crowds and traffic of Long Beach, but just a few minutes away from the activities there. The southern end of the coast trail begins in the park, for walkers and cycles.

Loved the lighthouses, beach, tourist sights, convient to other things to do. Men loved the fishing. Good walking areas Several good places to eat although with the full kitchen we did a lot of our own. The staff did an excellent job of accommodating our whole family. A VERY excellent vacation

My favorite spots in Ilwaco were the inn I stayed at and the beach. I wasn't there for as long as I would have liked or I would have visited more local places. Some of the restaurants I wanted to eat at are very popular and fill up quickly so I would have had an earlier dinner. Finding your way around Ilwaco is amazingly easy. There's one light in town and I more or less used that to gauge my location to the hot spots around town.

A delightful small town, with a wonderful marina, and friendly vendors (at the farmer's market!) If you just want to decompress, relax, and enjoy a quiet walk (or sit) overlooking the marina, this is the place!!!

The location by the harbour. We were able to access the headland walk for Cape Disappointment and Discovery Trail directly from the hotel. Plenty of parking opposite and interesting to see a working port with boat repair facilities. The only downside was the fact that due to staff shortages the pub for dining options is closed two nights a week. However, there are several other restaurants near Long Beach.

The owners are lovely. They served complementary wine and cookies in the evening. Lots of great history and outdoor adventures in the area. Also, quite a nice heritage museum just a couple of blocks from the hotel.
