We loved Jalisco Mexican Food, but cooked most of our meals on site. Getting around the small town of Ingram is easy. Being right on the Guadalupe River is beautiful but not very accessible, most of it is private except by the dam with everybody else. The pool needed a little attention but was still so much fun. This is a great place for kids with the pool slide and 9" water area for babies and sunbathers. This was our 8th visit and we'll come again. It's perfect because of the room, decorating, personal painted pictures of the area and lodge, and all the games and TV in the large living room. We had a baby shower and there was plenty of room. What I enjoyed the most was the huge house and private pool. The dining table would've easily held a dozen people or more and there was lots of baby stuff...high chair, pack-n-play, carriers etc. There's even a washer and dryer. Complete package for whatever kind of stay-on-site vacation you have in mind.
