Welcoming guests with its stunning glass roof, Jake's 58 Hotel & Casino is located just off the Interstate 495, 2 miles from Long Island Airport. It features a shuttle service. The room/bldg was clean and comfy. My DAD, a super senior (82) and hard as heck to please, said he liked the place without me having to ask. Therefore 5 STARS from us. Enjoyed quality & quiet time, the food was good too. DAD loved the drink center in the lower level casino :)
Offering a fitness center, Hyatt Regency Long Island is located in Hauppauge. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and an iPad. The room was spotless, the hotel is beautiful and the view is amazing
Centrally located three miles east of the Long Island Expressway, two miles from the Long Island MacArthur Airport and 40 miles from Manhattan in New York City. it was cool bruh. i fxcked wit it. i was just chilling n the rooms are nice. bed comfy and big asl
Minutes from MacArthur Airport and offering free transfers to both the airport and the Long Island Railroad station, this hotel offers contemporary accommodations furnished with modern amenities. Friendly staff, thank you for accommodating our early check-in, all your help was very much appreciated!
Off the Long Island Expressway and close to popular local attractions, this Hauppauge, New York hotel features comfortable guestrooms and many free amenities, including a daily hot breakfast. The ambience is nice. They had an airport shuttle to Long Island Airport. The breakfast had variety fruits, eggs with pepper in them, pancakes etc. The room smelled nice and was really clean. The staff was friendly and let me extend my check out time at no cost.
Courtyard by Marriott Long Island Islip/Courthouse Complex is located in Central Islip. All guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Beautiful room. Very modern with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. On site bistro offering Starbucks and breakfast. Fire pit outdoors and a small pool.
The Lakeland Inn – Bohemia is a 5 minute drive from the Long Island MacArthur Airport and is 10 miles from the ferries to Fire Island. It was the absolute cheapest hotel/motel I could find, which is what I wanted. I wouldn't call the bed "luxurious", but I've certainly slept on far less comfortable mattresses.
Broken bed had to move to new room. New room had old food crumbs left in drawers leaky shower head and faucets dirty sticky elevator floors. Same egg omelette 6 days out of the 8 I stayed. Also $ 10.00 a day to park in your parking lot. I’m not at all happy. I will be calling corporate when I get home. I always stay at Hampton Inn and NEVER had the experience I had at Islandia my location
I liked that front desk were able to accommodate a late checkout. The young guy working was so courteous and almost all staff were always pleasant and helpful. The pool was enjoyable for little ones. Water was very cold though. The lobby sitting/dining area was clean and comfortable Free coffee/tea, and breakfast is very appreciated. Kids love making waffles. Can't beat that. The shuttle service to the LIRR was so great. I couldn't have made the trip without them. I did not find the room, though housekeeping does an excellent job, to be like other Hampton inn I have stayed in (ex.bear mountain), the rooms have a bad odor. The smell can't be ignored. I was able to change rooms thankfully which I very much appreciated. I do think breakfast should have more hot options and variety. I dont eat bacon/pork. Only ate the egg and potatoes.
Veterans park Hwy has a lot of places to dine, eat, everything really, but maybe it was just us, but we didn’t get a really welcoming feel from the people who were from there. It still wasn’t a bad experience though.
I used to live in Islandia, grew up here. I have love here but the traffic in NY is why I left and the housing.. Lots of Shopping, food around. Convenient location near the highway so you can travel.
Employees were wonderful, front desk, breakfast attendant and housekeeping staff! Airport diner was a great place to eat for lunch. Many close by chain restaurants for dinner.Dave and Busters was alot of fun.
I traveled to New York and stayed at the Islandia Hotel, my experience was positive. There breakfast buffet was very good, with a variety, of food options. The location in next to the Long Island Expressway ( 495 ) very convenient, to traveling to different points of interest. There were a number of diners and restaurants, in the area.
Loved the friendliness and professional courtesy received during my stay. Helpful assistance was extended to me by 3 associates in particular: Dee Earle, Rainece Phillips and Maleik Bonner all went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met....I am totally impressed by them! Also, the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast service was exceptional!! It was very evident why they have a high rating. Thank you.
The bed was comfortable and the restaurant within the hotel even though expensive it is very good.
