Always a good experience. Staff is always nice. No problems checking in early and checking out late. The vending machine guy even gave me free chips. Always had a great experience here.

Large and carefully organised rooms, nothing was missing from our needs. Inside the hotel there was a Starbucks where you can have breakfast. Friendly and kind staff we added an extra night without problems.

Great facilities hotel had everything you would need

Polite and helpful receptionists. Good breakfast. Big room with really comfortable bed.

Location. Proximity to the Airport.

I like that the hotel manager put us in a first-floor room with a handicapped accessible bathroom. It made it so much easier for me to shower and get dressed. I heard from a hotel manager from another chain that she worked in 3 different hotels where the accessible rooms weren't on the first floor :(. I loved that we got as many towels and tissue paper as we wanted from staff. The vending machine food was cheaper than another extended stay we were at before. The cleaning crew was always attentive. Even though I didn't use the laundry room, it was nice to know it was there. If they added a gym and just an open space lobby or created a sitting area in the back, just to get out the room sometimes, that would be great!

Some things were not working well, for example, one of the stove's burners was not working, the refrigerator was in terrible condition outside and the cleaning was not very good,

Efficient airport shuttle pick-up. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast but fresh and filling.

Staff were friendly and helpful when need it. Rooms and facilities were clean. 100% recommended. Will stay again
