Kitchenette was useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accessible room was a real boon to one of our party. Laundry room was great.

Room was a good size, and facilities and staff were great. Had a good atmosphere too because it hosts 2 restaurants. Was busy and lively without being disturbing. Excellent car parking facilities too.

The beds are the comfiest beds and this is my third time staying here

Location and front desk staff

The room smelled and had a lot of dog hair. I didn't stay at this hotel, I simply returned the key and went to look for another hotel.

Thought my overall stay was excellent, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Hotel was accessible to not only Casino but also shopping. Restaurants and bars were excellent.

I really enjoyed the environment

We liked the room. Didn't eat breakfast. Location was great; we just didn't pick the best location for where we had to go in Baltimore and surrounds. But it was fine.

The staff was great. Made sure I was taken care of. When I talked the staff about a leak from the ceiling they immediately. I wanted to make sure no more damage to the room or ceiling.

Breakfast could've been a bit better !! The bed was a little uncomfortable but wasn't awful .I enjoy this hotel it's very convenient to all your needs !! Whenever I come to this area I always come to this property
