I'm glad we found somewhere else close by that we were able to stay and could cancel if we had to change plans. Wonderful bed, very clean. Nice breakfast. BUT beware... Manager, ROY will charge you EXTRAS! He charged me $20 for early check-in knowing ahead of time I'd be needing this and never telling me... This is AFTER I have already waited in lobby 3 hours! Then come to find I was charged $30 not the 20! And the incidentals fee.... Okay... But AFTER I give him my debit card to pay it he tells me it'll take 3 WEEKS to get my my refunded to me. There was an ATM just get away. This manager asked me to sit in the lobby, watched me have serious slept attacks (I told him I have NARCOLEPSY), and was aware my vehicle was being serviced so I was stuck there, and still let me wait 3 hours. It wasn't until I BEGGED him fora room cuz I was afraid I wouldn't be able to fend off another sleep attack that I got a room and was charged the crazy fees!!!! NOT OKAY!Heath - Scored 8.08.0
