I was saddened because I thought I was booking the Shiloh Inn which I know very well but this place pleasantly surprised me. Very clean, very attentive staff on Christmas Day, great place.

Still have not received my refund Yet since Sept 13 2022 Was suppose to stay till the 16th but flies in room and roaches Crack in tub on top was suppose to get handicaped room but did not have one. Told maint man about it he said he could spray And then go back in room When you spray you can not go back in room till it is clean top and bottom of room Left motel still waiting for refund.

Didn't get any rest due to the hotels don't accept service dogs and very rude to veterans i couldn't find a hotel to stay so had to come home the same night and couldn't cancel the reservation that we had at the hotel i couldn't believe that they would be that ignorant to reuse to accept a veteran with his service dog.

There is everything you need right in Killeen, but it’s also in convenient proximity to other cities that might have other things you’d want to do, as well. We enjoyed trying Rosa’s Cafe for great Tex-Amex, went shopping for cowboy boots and hats at Cavender’s, and watched a movie at the Regal Cinema that has recliners and serves beer!

I don’t think it was ready to opening too many problems and few people to help serve the need of customers . The kids had nothing to do no swimming pool no restaurant had go out to get food it was inconvenient at this stay. Hopefully next time they will check room before booking it

Town seems to be clean and mostly hospitable, streets are in need of repair in many places; in older part of town it seems to be updated...if you need a tattoo or wanting to pawn something the older part of Killeen along Highway 190 business is the place to go, a number of old businesses that need updating, most area South of I-14 is very nice and modern

The location was perfect for our purpose for being in Killeen. Good restaurants and shopping locations were very close by. The hotel was very clean. Since we were only there for the night, we did not get the chance to take advantage hotel amenities. The night staff was very responsive to a bad situation that occurred late that night, and we greatly appreciate them for that.

I was surprised that being an OYO hotel it didn’t identify the hotel’s name. Also being an older one it should continue to try to keep the maintenance up and at least offer coffee. Maybe it was just this one. Other than that, once we settled in it was good.

Breakfast was more than expected,excellent. The location of hotel is too hard to find spent 1 hour driving around WS Young Ave then was stressed out and called a relative and she guided us to motel. Very bad location to find. Staff was nice.
