#1 of 17 hotels in La Conner
Plenty of good restaurants, portions are huge so one meal is enough for two people. The town has lovely shops with quality goods and friendly staff. The art gallery and museums were informative and well done. Everything is within walking distance from where we stayed.
Very beautiful area and the locals are very warm and welcoming. There are some superb local breweries in the area and there are some great restaurants with amazing food at very reasonable prices. Try the clams.
- lovely historic town - very nice boutiques, galleries, and restaurants - good seafood - you can walk the whole town in a day - Calico Cupboard is a favourite place to eat - great lunch (crab cakes) and desserts at tavern - nice patios on the water
We liked the fact that the town is totally walkable...many cute shops and restaurants...some dockside. The town has a quiet charm to it and the people were really friendly in the shops and on the street. We ate at a great pub called La Conner Pub and Eatery for lunch and a wonderful restaurant next to our hotel called Oyster & Thistle...both had great atmospheres and delicious food...well prepared and served. We plan to go back for during tulip season!
“The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the outside area was inviting and the hotel was quiet.. There was one girl on the front desk who was extremely helpful and friendly.”
“Location, close to La Conner, quiet, fresh air, woodsy feel. Kitchen is good, standard size fridge, older electric stove, microwave. Best part..in addition to the indoor wood stove, guests can make a bonfire or have a BBQ beside the back deck. $6. For a bundle of wood, so bring your own if you are staying for less than a week.”
“Charming hotel in a delightful small town.”

“Location. Little beautiful birds are flying around the entrance to the hotel”
