Really pleased with this property. The attendant at front desk was very accommodating to our requests and was very thorough in providing all particulars required. Even noted if anything extra needed just text them. The room was very well presented and very clean. Definite attention to detail in items provided. Room had coffee maker, blow dryer, fridge, micro, work table, clock radio, closet to hang items, and plenty of towels and toiletries. Everything you could need. What I especially liked is that it is an older motel but updated nicely. Still has the quality hotel furniture/furnishings and not that new hard plastic decor so common these days. Being older the rooms are big, spacious and very quiet inside. Decor is nice and comfortable with updated carpet and nice draperies. There are tables and chairs outside the rooms amd signage telling people no smoking near building which is very important. Can’t say enough about how nice to stay in a respectable motel that takes pride in providing its best to guests. Kudos to the owners/staff in this day and age. Had a great comfortable stay.

The couple managing the inn were very kind and welcoming. Room was cozy and was like a studio apartment rather than a motel.

What I liked about this town is how everything is in walking distance. My kids had the car for the day and I was on foot from the motel. I walked to the coffee shop in less than 5 minutes, strolled by all the stores on main street, headed to the library, another 5 minute walk and then walked to the Dollar General another 5 minutes. Cute little town.

Lakeview was fine.

Lakeview was fine. The Motel (Executive Inn and Suites) was a nightmare. first they could not find the reservation even tho we had confirmed. The manager was very argumentative, insisted we did not have reservations. I informed the manager I had personally called him before we left home and confirmed. he state he could not be expected to remember phone calls. After 1/2 hour, the manager finally found the reservation. The manager did not furnish maid service. The trash was overflowing, The beds were not made. the manager stated they did not do beds. No toilet paper, room not vacuumed. Manager complained I had called 4 times for maid service. This was not true. I had called once. I went to the office and 4 times and the manager or noone was available in the office during operating hours. The manager did not have contact service even tho the office door was open and no signs stating he was not available. The price was almost two hundred dollars a night. The room was way overpriced, especially with no maid service. and no breakfast. If I owned the motel, this manager would not be working for me. I would never recommend this motel to anyone due to the manager. He is not a people person. His communication skills is 0.

Lakeview is very convenient for access to SE Oregon, Nevada and NE Califfornia. It is an agricultural community and visitors should not have high expectations of local restaurants or lodging. We ate at the Eagle's Nest in downtown. They had no white wine (house or otherwise) and charged $9.00 for a glass of IPA beer ! Food was stodgy, although waffle fries were better.

One thing I forgot to mention in the original review was the very fun red fridge added in the room. There was a microwave, and a small hotel fridge, but the extra roomy fridge was a nice touch. There was also a small seating area outside of the room, with a couple of outside chairs.

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel. The hotel was smelly, the room next door had been driven into wit a vehicle and we felt very uncomfortable with the owner. We tried to cancel our reservation and he wouldn’t let us. This hotel is misrepresented on your website and I would like the money back that was charged to my credit card. I trusted your site to receive a quality nights lodging and that’s not what we received.

The property manager is kind, caring and respectful. He is adding new rooms to the hotel and getting it up to shape. A few touches like new paint and fresh grass. He seems to want everyone to have a better stay. I hope he get that hotel to 3 maybe 4 stars
