I've been visiting Las Vegas on/off for nearly 40 years. It's an adult playground that's hard to top. If you're into shows, gambling, clubbing, lounging by the pool with hard beverages and people watching this is the place for you. If you have heat issues do not visit during high summer months but late fall and early spring are fantastic.
Awful place, walked between Foremont St and The Strip, homeless people everywhere lying in gutters and on sidewalks, felt really unsafe. The large hotels were surrounded by scruffy t-shops, bazaars. Couldnt find anywhere to eat other than a casino...
This is not my first time in Vegas. I’ve have been to Vegas about 10 times. This is the first time staying at circus circus. Circus circus is at the end of the strip. Where walking shoes. It’s great to look cute until you can’t walk the next day cuz your feet hurt. Use bus if you don’t rent a car. It’s $20 for three days unlimited. If you rent a car and have never been to surrounding states it’s a 20-90 min drive to most of the surrounding states. We see Mohave dessert it was beautiful. Hollywood is less then 5 hours. If you have been to Vegas but not in the last 5-10 years forget everything you think you know. I went out thinking Ik what I was getting into but it’s changed so much. Also if you think your going to get great deals in buffets do your research. Circus circus buffet was only open on weekends but was very good. In and out burger was very good. We did go out of town about 10-15 passed airport and got another decent buffet. Cheaper off the strip for sure.
Las Vegas is a very dirty city, waste everywhere, drunk people everywhere, motorcycles with loud noisy engines, homeless people laying in the streets, dirt from years accumulated everywhere, noisy cars with loud radios, naked people on the streets with children watching. It is a lost city where control has been lost. I will never come back.
The only thing I saw about Las Vegas that was universal was GREED. Many places now charge you up to $15 an HOUR for the 'privilege" of parking in their lot when you're going there to GIVE them money with their newer LESS gambler-friendly rules on table games. Prices for food at nearly all places was astonishingly high. So many city streets were torn up, so it made getting around a LOT more difficult Not all that long ago, Vegas used to bill itself as 'the best vacation VALUE in America". They certainly CAN'T say that with a straight face today.
It is not called sin city for nothing. I'm not a prude but seeing mostly naked women standing and running around was dis gusting, saw them at 2 in the afternoon even. No place for families....I won't be returning to the strip again.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient and had some great restaurants. Although its towards the end of the strip, if you don't mind the trek, the location is perfect given it is reasonably priced compared to similar star hotels on the strip. Taking the tram that connects all the way "Bellagio" is a great and cheap alternative for people who would not prefer to walk. We found the casinos tables to have reasonable minimums $$ as well and the cocktails were amazing!
Las Vegas
very big room with 2 extra large comfortable beds.clean and safe with good wi fi .it s on freemont street (downtown Las Vegas) and you can find everything you may need just nearby.it s a walking street with events every night.if you arriving to Vegas by flixbus use the downtown stop and you can walk 5 min from there to hotel.you need a bus to Strip where all big hotels and atractions are.bus stop just in the corner.big casino and mc Donalds on ground floor
My wife and I arrived late in the night, traveling from CA. Once we got there; the woman at the front was extremely nice, kind, and overall really helpful. She was very accommodating. But the property overall was very clean. We traveling to Las Vegas almost 10 times a year and this is by far one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in! That’s saying a lot because we have stayed in High end hotels and honestly this was the best.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
The Bellagio is of course an iconic Vegas hotel. The location is superb for easy access to the Strip and downtown Las Vegas. There are lots of fabulous restaurants (a special shout out for Harvest-one of the best meals I've ever had!) and other fun places to grab food (The Patisserie has great crepes!). And then there is the Pagoda, the chocolate fountain in the Patisserie, Cirque du Soleil's O, and the fountains.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
5 star hotel just off the strip. Huge room and bathroom for a family of 4. Jacuzzi bath was a treat. Kids loved the pool (you’ll pay extra for a sun bed!). We made use of the free hotel shuttle to The Wynn and Caesar’s Palace or used uber to get around. Hotels on the strip for the same price are not nearly as modern and clean. If you don’t want a casino in the hotel then choose Trump International for you stay in LV.
I love downtown Las Vegas is why I booked with Golden Gate. However, this hotel was poorly staff and they don't clean their rooms. A lot of garbage in front doors and a horrible smell. I asked for a mini fridge because of medication and it was brought up to my room but no one bother to clean up. Why did i paid resorts fee??? I feel like I deserve my money back
Location is perfect, situated on the Fremont Street in the downtown - one of the first casinos in Las Vegas. Rooms in the tower looks to be recently updated, very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed just for one night on the way from Grand Canyon to Los Angeles and were fully satisfied with our stay the the hotel
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
Nothing was specifically great, but it's about what you can expect from one of the cheapest hotels on the strip. We had a good view of the tower from our room on the 22 floor, but friends we were with said their views from the 4th and 8th floors were terrible, so try to get a high up room!
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
Amazing location on the strip while way cheaper than the other options nearby! And loved the cute flamingo habitat area in the middle of the hotel. Also proximity to the great alley of bars and restaurants by the Linq.
It was very close to the Las Vegas strip which my family and I liked very much. We were able to see a lot of things on the strip without paying a lot of money to stay at a hotel on the strip.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
The room was clean, well-appointed, and the hotel is well-situated on the strip (though it is at one end, ubers are cheap and the deuce bus picks up right outside the hotel)
Las Vegas
This hotel is complete resorts, all families who prefer to be away from strip it's the best and best place like small Silverton town but in las vegas
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
Perfectly located to enjoy Las Vegas. The 3 hotel restaurants were excellent. The layout of then Casino was the best of all the Casinos we visited.
Las Vegas
No Resort fees!!!!! Not on the Strip but Downtown location, lots of casinos and restaurants right outside the hotel.
Easy parking really close to the strip. Cheap descent hotel but not in the best of areas.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
The Linq hotel it’s located on the Strip Of Las Vegas near the best hotels.
5 star best and cheapest in 3 weeks tour second time stopped there
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas
Rooms were excellent, great view off the strip and saw the mirage show from our balcony. Super comfy bed and bathroom was great.
The staff is super friendly and helpful they all seem to enjoy what they do even during the stressful times
Las Vegas
Beyond my expectations. Will definitely be back!
