Really pleased there were dishes in the room. Breakfast in the lobby had plenty of variety. We arrived late in the evening after juggling flights all day. So nice that there were frozen entrees available for purchase in lobby. I popped one in the microwave for my husband as soon as we got to the room.

We use to stay in Vincennes when we came out to visit the...

We use to stay in Vincennes when we came out to visit the children. We tried like 4 or 5 hotels and each one was worse then the last. Filthy, bugs, holes in walls, no rules for loud guests etc. We found Gas Lite when we expanded our search for a new.place. SO GLAD WE DID! The staff are just wonderful. So polite and helpful. Always wave and talk to you when you're outside. Always have a smile. And if there's anything you need they get it right away for you and with a smile. They're remodeling right now but nothing is in anyone's way. Areas are cleaned up. You'd never know it. And the new updates are beautiful!! The bathroom is a complete remodel. Marble, new vanity etc...just gorgeous!! And the best part...a giant rainshower head!!! Hard to get out of the shower 😊😊. Just outside of town quiet. Just 1+/- mile from town. There's a wonderful old fashion drive thru diner just down the road w/ awesome food. Only about 2 miles from Dollar General, Wal-Mart, liquor stores, convenience stores...everything you need just a short drive away. WE LOVE IT THERE!
