This hotel exceeded my expectations in two ways. First, the staff was pleasant, accommodating, and efficient (I checked in on a Thursday afternoon and the young woman at the desk was delightful, very professional and intelligent. Second, this hotel is extremely clean. No junk left over on the restroom floors, as you see in other hotels. The staff here really cleans. Getting this kind of service and quality for the affordable price I paid is unusual. Thank you!

The manager and night host were very accommodating. You couldn't ask for better staff members. The manager is one of the most empathetic, caring people I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make sure everyone has to what they need. The night host also went out of his way and was very informative and friendly.

Good location and nice rooms. The pool is great and we love that there is a playground right on the property. We’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff has always been amazing. Super polite and EXTREMELY accommodating. This location is our go-to when visiting Nephi!
