We enjoyed our stay and were completely satisfied with the great location and the accommodations. The private setting, parking, the beautiful gardens and the spaciousness of the carriage house were all pluses. Entry was easy and we were close to everything the Niagara Frontier and Lewiston/Youngstown area has to offer. Lodgers must remember that this is an older historical building and was built prior to indoor plumbing and electrical wiring so the bathrooms (yes there were two) were a little small compared to today’s standards but definitely adequate although counter space was limited. We didn’t use the TV or the kitchen appliances (other than the fridge )but they all looked new and in good repair. We did notice that when other guests arrived in the main building, WiFi was spotty. Did we enjoy our stay? Yes!!! Will we be coming back and staying again? Yes we will!! Thank you to Diane and her concern for our comfort during this stay.

The hotel was in a very good location. We could easily walk to the waterfalls and they had a spectacular viewing deck. The room was also very elegant. It was a very pleasant stay beyond what I expected. And, it has a freeparking area.

We ate at the adjoining small restaurant. front desk staff awesome. Close walking distance to the Falls and Casino. Had a beautiful view of the old church just across the street. The room was very up to date, beds were comfy.

Lewiston is a quaint little town. We walked around the Artpark - lots of trails. We went to a show at night at the Artpark. We walked trails along the Niagara River. Quiet and peaceful. Not far from Niagara Falls.

Lewiston and surrounding areas are a wonderful mini vacation...

Lewiston and surrounding areas are a wonderful mini vacation spot. The quaint town has restaurants and shops that invite exploring. Youngstown just down the road also offers similar opportunities. Having ArtPark within walking distance to any accommodations in Lewiston makes attending events very easy. And just across the border is Niagara on the Lake.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa in Lewiston, NY, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is ideal, offering picturesque views of the Niagara River and easy access to local attractions. Lewiston is a quaint village very close to Niagara Falls & Canada. Lots of history, many places to eat/drink, very friendly locals, concerts, festivals, and on the Niagara River. There's something for all ages in this town.

Lewiston is a beautiful historical town with fine details...

Lewiston is a beautiful historical town with fine details and stories to be told. It’s rich in history and something out of a hallmark movie. I highly recommend it to those looking for a Gilmore girls setting or have interest in the history. Highly recommend stopping in at Orange Cat Coffee Co. I had the best caramel latte. Brickyard pub is great on Saturdays. A younger crowd but a good mix. Service was good also. Overall I plan on visiting more frequently even if it’s just a day trip. Highly recommend visiting Aartpark as well.

Good location for visiting Niagara Falls and there is a free shuttle bus to take you there (bus stop is across the road from the hotel). Good restaurants close by. Nice area, right by the Niagara river. Free snacks, juices, teas and coffees throughout the day which is a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some great tips for exploring the area.

We came for a concert at Art Park..I picked this hotel because I loved that it was near the water and that it had that "colonial" feel......we came from Canada.....met alot of other Canadians who were coming for the same purpose....all the staff were lovely, hotel was cool during a hot spell....she looks a bit dated...but I have nothing to complain about. Would certainly come again.

If you want to have walking distance to Aartpark and the historical downtown core of Lewiston than it’s a great spot. Everything is in walking distance. The beds were comfortable enough, and the sheets were clean. No bugs. Overall it was what I expected.
