In the minute I walked in the front door of the hotel I was instantly hit by the smell of a full ashtray coming from the casino area on the right and cascading and permeating through the check-in Lobby and to the elevators, on the second floor Eureka of cigarette smoke even though the section we were in were no smoking rooms. I would never recommend this hotel for not one person to go to unless they don't care about a smoke-filled hotel, room rooms that were never cleaned every day and not one at all for 6 days. I have never been to a hotel that were such Cheapskates that they would not send someone to straighten the sheets on the beds and clean the room each day, pitiful. The toilet kept hanging up and not refilling with water and it's a damn shame I had to be a mechanic and lift the lid to fix the damn toilet or I couldn't sleep because it kept running all night keeping me awake! I have been to many a hotel in my life but the air conditioner in our room had to be absolutely the worst air conditioner that I've ever had in a hotel room and was struggling to maintain 78° in the room even after I had the hotel come to the room try to fix the last year I would like to say somebody owes me an apology for the terribly poor upkeep of this old and dying Casino Hotel, and try to fix the air conditioner which they succeeded in doing neither one. The refrigerator was so defective it froze up into a big block of ice freezing our food that was in the refrigerator and ruining it all. The room was dank and humid and made you very sticky while you tried to sleep which made for an absolutely disgusting stay and I will go out of my way to go on any app and tell people to stay the hell away from the s*** hole in Lula Mississippi. Basically it tucked and I'm sad.

The Casino is small , They don't have any restaurants, the rooms in the hotel stink smell like mold and mildew the beds are olds . They look more like a cheap motel then Hotel. Not worth the price that you have to pay. Me and my family been scared look like they got bed bugs

Their website is misrepresented and it attracts customers. The hottub has been gone a long time, when they tore down the old hotel. They haven’t invested the money to fix the pool. The security guard told me to tell the front desk about their false advertising. He constantly hears complaints from paying customers who thought there was a hottub and pool. Hottub helps my restless leg syndrome very much. Why I booked thst hotel.
